Hi, I walk. I'm type 2 diabetes but some exercises I can't do i have sciatica, spinal stenosis fibroymilgia, and arthritis. I have compressions socks, too. I'm a disabled led senior. But I keep moving as much as possible but at tomes I can't walk I fall seeing a doctor but at times I have to miss due to nit being able to walk.
The thing is I'm diabetic and told I can't have some fruits or juices due to high sugar
