    Great workout. If you found it a real challenge split it up 10 minutes in morning 10 minutes in the afternoon or evening first week and build it up I’m doing the full 20 minutes workout 6 day a week in the mornings now plus go a mini bike do 10 minutes in the evening another space saver 30 minutes a day workout thx for posting the videos.

    Looking forward to see more of your mini stepper workouts. Because of the lack of room I had to sell my elliptical bike and switch to mini stepper. This workout works perfectly for me- it is both cardio and bodybuilding, the load is high enough, right pace and duration. Thank you.

      I agree 110%!!! This was absolutely TOUGH! I couldn't get through the first set without resting LOL But lets hang in there .... we can do this!!!

    are the pedals suppoose to touch down or can you do it without touching down all the way?

      They don’t have to touch all the way down, especially if there is not much resistance and you need to be a bit quicker on the pedals

      To put a bit less resistance and go a bit faster just turn the knob counter clockwise. This will allow to have a bit more cardio 😊

    How often should we use the stepper? Liked the workout!

      Hi Veronica Hernandez. Since it’s a cardio workout, you can use the stepper everyday but try to do different kind of arm workout. Soon, I’ll be doing another one using this stepper but a more intense leg/arm workout 😁

      Hi Sandra Morton , it is because there isn’t a high impact on your legs, kind of mimicking the elliptical machine

      Hi Nene Raaju Nene mantri , you’re doing cardio and arm exercises at the same time, meaning, burning more calories and toning your body
