    Its true, the longer a bell pepper stays on the stem the more sun, nutrients and color change. But ripe or not I love all colors!

    that cant be true, because if that were the case...why do the green peppers that are sitting in my fridge never start to change color... :/

    There's an important part missing between mixing bowl and finished loaf. So odd.

    do you have to dehydrate the meatloaf?

      I don't think you have to, but may be nice to let the flavors marinade under some light heat.

    Well veggies don't mature unless on the vine. Green peppers aren't ripe...sorry. Anyway, how in the world did you "get to" the dark yummy loaf? I know what I'd do but what did you do, Tina?
