You "raw cook" like real people eat, no elfin magic foolishness. So happy I landed on your channel. Had no dulse in the house when this recipe was attempted. Used Gumbo Filé (fee-lay), ground sassafras leaves, instead. It offered extraordinary seafood zing to the dish. Look Ma, I learned to substitute, Woo-WOOOO :-D !!!

Could you use cucumber instead of Zucchini?
Sure could Lynn. Because of the high water content in cucumber, the texture maybe a little different, but delicious non-the-less!
