I’m 62kg and 170cm and I burnt 470 active calories (530 total)!! I completed all exercises and same amount of reps as Eleni other than 2 exercises (front kick) that I am not allowed to do due to a hip injury. Thank you! :)

I'm trying to find a low impact cardio workout to mix into my weekly exercise regiment. I usually do weights and that has been very effective but I do need to do some cardio and this made me feel like I was out of shape! Lol
My God. Today is my first day of this workout and I was only able to do first 10 minutes and I am sweating like anything. Hope i increase my exercise time gradually and reach 45 minutes soon.
Wow. Wow. Wow. What a workout. So I'm someone who works out regularly but my lower back has been a bit sore so I decided instead of what I do normally as a full body workout, let me do something which is a bit easier (so I thought 😅) this was so intense, I stopped a few times and I couldn't finish. But still managed to burn 461 calories. Thank you for this and showing me I don't need to basically break my body to work up a sweat. I'm going to do this on my full body days going forward until I finish it without stopping. I'm excited 😊
I did it today with walking on spot during 10 dec break and the moves I can’t push..I’m recovering from my health issue and this workout was doable.. going to do it again soon… usually I find dull music added to no jumping standing workouts … but this had that punch to it … loved it … please do more like this

I’m 125lbs and this burned 320 cals, very good tbh, but you look like you’re about 110-130 so I don’t get how I burned only 320. Either way best workout I’ve done to burn cals.
I'm so sad because I have the stamina and strength to do full intensity, but because of chronic vertigo, knee problems and back problems I have to take it down several notches. I'm not even that old. I'm in my early 30's.
Try to not think about the negative aspects, concentrate more on the things you achieve and be proud of it🤗 even if you do half of it or take some more breaks it’s your individual success💪
