Thanks for sharing these videos. I have a question, what does OS this drone have? Could I program it with MicroPython? Or, what other programming language?
You are welcome. Thanks for watching. They all use Betaflight which does not require any programming at all, you just use the GUI configurator to change the settings and pid controller. Betaflight is open source so the code is all on GitHub if you wanted to check it out But these are all no coding necessary for the end users Only the devs on the Betaflight end do the coding.
A smoke stopper is also a really good device to get, it disconnects your battery if you accidently bridge your solder. That $6 plug can save your $100 FC
Great advice! Coincidentally I'm building a 4-in with the same components that you are just showing just in 20x20. One thing I've known over the years about soldering is make sure the tip is clean before you ever even get close to your board. If you tin your wires and you see black specks, make sure you clean your tip before you get it near the board. A fine tip soldering iron is recommended. I see other people are picking up on little things you left out like smoke stoppers ...but you did show a picture of one.
@@DarrenAllatt you did put that on the screen but I noticed in the comment somebody said that you didn't mention it. I guess for the people that are hearing impaired I bought I just got it in the mail today a speedy bee stack mini 35 amp 3 to 6s the f7. And I have the speedy vtx 800 and I bought the Joshua Bardwell edition Phoenix 2. I'm building it on an apex 4-in. I also bought the Radio Master Express lrs TX 12 and I'm updating the firmware on it right now.
@@MadDragon75 it’s a balancing act between how much I can say vs retention, so I’ll use images and text to try to cover the things I can’t say or to show additional stuff. Nice. Apex 4” is sweet! You can run 3.5” props on that and it’s a very capable 3.5” which should have more 5” feel. Good choice in stack too!
@@DarrenAllatt I've been running Gemfan 4 inch props with winglets and the HQ props that came with my dolphin on 1507 Motors on 4S Packs and love it... So I bought brother Hobby 1507's at the higher KV so I can run 6s. Now all I need is a 6S charger and a few 6S packs. 😏🤙

I don’t think you know how MY sponsorships work. I approached these companies and asked for the specific parts I was going to purchase. If they said no, then, I’d still buy them. Like the DJI O3 Air Unit and ELRS Receiver. Also, please take notice as to how I didn’t tell you they’re the best products ever and you should buy them. Rather, these are the products in the build, come along for the ride.

thank you so much! this helped me alot with choosing my build!
so lets say i want to build a 6s drone, what battery, props and motors would you recommend?
6S is only the power input.
Is it a 3” 6S drone or 5” 6S Drone?
If it’s a 5” 6S Freestyle Drone watch this - ua-cam.com/video/5ed6y2rgaq8/v-deo.html

I think I included it in the on screen text or did I miss that?
Nice build! Which 20x20 are you using?
