Putting that clip on to the SG holster as a concealment claw is genius. That's really my only gripe with SG's AIWB holster is it's concealment. If they just figure out a way to add a normal claw, or something similar to what Poe did, it would be superior to their Scorpion AIWB in my opinion.
    Awesome tips Poe!

Great video .. been doing that for years with dr. Scholl's foot pads and velcro strips.... At appendix sure does add comfort..and press the grip of the weapon into your body more just as you stated.

This is the info I have been looking for. I have recently been running a light on my cc firearm and, due to how new the light is, my options have been limited on where to get a holster. If I had the room for tools, I would just make one from scratch. Though I found a decent simple holster that fits my setup, it just doesn't have the features I am used to from my preferred brands. Thank you for the ideas. I have no doubt that I can make this holster far more comfortable.

Good video, this is like cheat codes for people....you did all the work and now they reap the rewards. There is a reason why I and others watch certain videos, people and groups, its sharing of experiences and information good and bad that helps one another without the BS.

I have never nor will I ever buy a wedge...I have a few old life jackets that are high end, but broken/not good anymore. I cut it open and took all the waterproof high density foam out of them, and have been making my own wedges for over 5 years now this way, and with the 2 life jackets, I will have enough foam to make over 100 probably. They last 6 months or so then I switch it out.

Definitely some good ideas. Will have to try some foam on mine. I have zero discomfort except for when I sit for a long time like out for dinner or something

My brother and I have been making our own pads for a while now. I'm not paying $35 for pre cut pads, when you can go buy huge squares of different density foam from any Joann's

Great stuff Mr. Poe. Used spacers made out of rubber hose on my alien gear OWB holster. The outside shell will work on few guns of the same dimensions but different widths.
