I started doing this workout (just this one, not the whole challenge) sometime in March in 21. I have seen an amazing difference!
The exercises really are perfectly planned imo and work every part.
Put your own music on and groove away
My friends actually noticed a visible difference before I did at around 3 ish weeks (?)
What really helped me was changing my mindset from - oh I'm going to exercise to lose weight, to
- I'm a person who exercises daily.
Make that your goal, not the numbers, not the appearance but the action itself.
Also - be consistent, do ut everyday, on the days youre not feelin it, do a mild version, but do it.
And take it easy on yourself. Be on your own side first 💖

Results-my current weight is 61kg, was expecting a bit more. I get that it's a long and slow process also learned a lot about my body this past month, how much strength and endurance it has...kinda tried doing this last year but couldn't even get past set1..got demotivated and stopped doing it altogether but tried it again this year can't believe already finished a month. My body has really built up stamina (which was my main goal for this workout, weight-loss is just a bonus) from only doing set1 to finishing the whole workout in one go. So proud of myself for coming this far, did lost motivation these past few days and didn't do it but still did set1,something is better than nothing. Will continue this for another month.

I have been doing this workout every time I need a good hiit. No matter how fit I am it always makes me go out of breath. It's the best hiit workout chloe has along with another 10minute hiit. Never disappoints me.

i haven’t worked out in about 3 years. i was diagnosed with high blood pressure and high heart rate a few months ago. i just tried this workout and could only get halfway through. still very proud of myself. i’m currently 235. gonna update in a week! hoping i gain tolerance and maybe lose a few pounds in one week.

Time for a new challenge. My goal is to do (almost) all Chloe's challenges from her website.
So far I did:
1. 8 week shred challenge but it took me 9 weeks lol (63 days, -4,5 kg)
2. 2019 flat belly challenge (30 days, -2,3 kg)
3. Lean thigh challenge (should be 30 days but it took me 35 days, -1,9 kg)
So these are my measurements at day 1 --> day 35
Weight: 66,1 kg --> 63,2 kg (-2,9 kg)
Bust: 98,5 cm --> 97 cm (-1,5 cm)
Waist: 79 cm --> 78 cm (-1 cm)

Mar 5th (Day 1): I mostly did high (normal? :D) impact exercises with some exceptions. Some exercises needed balance so it was harder for me + i did normal burpees instead of shuffle burpees - I don't have that much space in my room. But still there was some sweat :D During abs workout I was slacking of a bit though lol
Mar 6th (Day 2): Today it was only one 10 minutes video, overall it wasn't bad but my arms are so weak rn, i can't do side planks for even 20 seconds lol, also I hate groiners so much lol
Mar 7th-Mar 11th (Rest days): I got sick sadly so I didn't work out
Mar 12th (Day 3): I finally feel better. I thought about starting the challenge again but I am too lazy so I'm just going to continue where I left off

I hate when people say “don’t lose weight to impress others” I want to lose weight so I can look and feel good about myself and it matters to me about what people think. Some people don’t understand my insecurities and it makes me angry when they say don’t worry about others because you are pushing me away from my goal.

I am doing the same. it’s tough but I really enjoy it.
If there is anyone doing this in 2022, congrats! first of all.
And second, I know that this is hard and what I would recommend is splitting up the sets 2 by 2 and doing a simple workout in the middle.
It helped me a lot, and helped me see results faster! would 100% recommenced to anyone doing this.
Remember to stay hydrated and remember you didn't gain it in a day and you wont lose it all in a day, progress and practice makes perfect!

so, i'm 14 years old. ik quite young to try this but life's short, so i'm gonna give it a go. even tho i'm in my teenage years i still go through stuff like body shame, so i am gonna start doing this intense 25 minute full body fat burning workout for 14 days and i will be update my two weeks for you guys to join me in this journey. lets gooooo. just in case u guys are wondering i did this two times every day for 2 weeks.
weight: 69kg
day 1: was so extremely hard but got through it. couldn't breathe at the end, but after a shower felt so relaxed
day 2: today was quite easier than yesterday but still struggled so much. Remember guys, it not wrong to take a rest, but just don't give up.
day 3: i managed to get through the workout quick as i dont have online school anymore. i was a bit tired than the past 3 days because there was a whole day of school which was exhausting.
day 4: i was very sore today but i took a little bit more time than usual and managed to push through the video
day 5: i felt very very energetic today. i had no problem at all, today i did the workout with my family even though my brothers walked away in the middle.
day 6: we're so close to finishing one week!!! the more days u do the more motivating it is cos u know its going to be more and more easy, so don't give up. you'll definitely feel great.
day 7: halfway through!! i feel so good i've been seeing a big difference in myself and many people have complimented how different i look.
day 8: honestly, today i was quite exhausted because i had lots of extra classes today so theres was a lot of homework to do as well, but as always i have time to get pushing through the workout.
day 9: 5 days left to the end result. oh the pleasure when the jeans that hadn't fit you 3 weeks ago is now the perfect fit.
day 10: today i found the workout extremely easy and i feel very energetic today so today was great.
day 11: we've got three more days to go. i never actually thought i would be able to get through this far. it was definitely a journey that i very much enjoyed.
day 12: i think i have gotten very used to the workout now, i have even memorised some of the workouts lol.
day 13: one more day left!! i haven't taken my after pictures left, i really want to see the results till the very end.
day 14: woohoo!! we made it! thank you for following me throughout my weight loss journey. i will definitely be carrying this on. tysm

This sounds silly, but if you are struggling to do the exercise for the allocated amount of time try watching Chloe while she is doing it. When she squats, squat in the time with her, Do everything exactly in time with her. You are so busy watching her you don’t watch the time or notice the pain as much. It helped me, so it might help you guys too xx

Her workouts --- they work! I tried to lose weight by myself in 2021 and lost 25 lbs in 4 months, pretty much eating whatever and doing her workouts. When I stopped doing her workouts and worked with a professional dietician and a fitness trainer, I gained 10 lbs back! Happy to say I'm going back to her workouts!
I started this training three weeks ago. Comparing the pictures from the beginning with the ones from today, I can say that I see a big difference! My waist is thinner and my thighs are smaller. I didn't take my measurements because my goal was not to lose weight, and my weight hasn't changed. I really recommend this workout for anyone who wants to have a slimmer body. Don't give up!

Don't do this schedule to impress others. Do this for yourself. Do this to get stronger and feel better. Because exersicing makes you feel better.
Did I take some extended breaks? Sure. Did I have to switch to low impact for maybe 30-40% of the exercises? Yep. Did I do the whole thing? Heck yeah I did!

Wow, it's amazing, I did this workout without extra pause for the first time, I've made a progress from the summer when I couldn't do this, it was too hard for me. It took me 22 min without stretch, burnt 184 cal, average heart rate 162, max 182. I'm almost 38, my weight 54, my height 168.
this is absolutely one of the best workouts I've done.
I'm not fit at all so my muscles are weak and I'm not that resistent through the whole thing cus it takes time obviously. I've always been afraid of her workouts cus they are really hard for such a beginner like me but THISSSS, this is perfect for me!!
I enjoy it so much. It makes me feel strong even it its my start. She put low impact parts which are definitely what I need for my actual state until I gain more strength and resistency. This motivates me, makes me sweat so much and feel just... Relieved. All ur body ends up relaxed and just "restarted".
Idk, I'll keep doing this and I really encourage anyone to do it and use those low impact versions until some weeks pass by and you're ready for the other versions.
Keep going! It's definitely worth it.

Some tips from my mom that helped me (was pro athlete and excrsises for years) When you do squats- inhale as you go down and exhale when you go up.
How to engage core (imagine that you have to pee and bring your bellybutton closer to your spine.)
Russian twists and tabletoe touch- have your fingers straigt - dont let them go to the sides.
Squats again - dont go too low (max 90° angle) have your toes point straight, not to the side.
Skater hop - To make it more engaging - have your oppostite hand almost touch the ground
I am at day 23 on this wkout and I feel great. I have toned legs and I am feeling stronger. I will keep going to loose that extra weight that i got. Enjoy your workouts 🌸🎉

Really enjoyed this workout!!! Been struggling to maintain a routine but I'm finally motivated to have a goal..Because I have a busy schedule, it's hard to fit in the workout calendars sadly... but this 25-30 min workout is just the perfect amount of time (especially since it adds the warmup and cooldown) so on the weekdays will be my workout days and then the weekend will be my rest days.. If I have more time (and if I'm feeling good mentally), I'll add in another workout. Hoping it goes well!

I’ve been struggling with my weight for years and I never thought I would lose this much using your routines. When I started this video I was at 170lbs. I did this video (along with your ab workout and burn back fat video so that’s 3 videos) everyday since April first and as of today May 21st I lost 30lbs and I now weigh 140lbs. To anyone who struggles with their weight you can reach your weight loss goal with a good diet and exercise!

I saw results really quick too and I was like wow. I thought when I started my journey that I had to get a gym membership but when the quarantine started I do the workouts in my spare room and realized you don't need to go to the gym to reach your weight loss goals!

@@littleamig0 Yeah I changed my diet completely. I used to eat junk food like a staple every day and I cut that out. I saw major changes within the first month I lost 10lbs. I ate very limited carbs and I opted for low sugar foods (my limit was no more than 7g of sugar). Stopped eating fast food especially fried food and cooked at home. Mostly lean meat like chicken breast and vegetables for lunch and dinner or make healthy wraps and other healthy meal prep recipes. I also did intermittent fasting that helped a lot as well. Lessen your portions and eat mostly whole foods. Eat in a calorie deficit. I ate a cheat meal or indulgence every week but even that I watched as well and made sure it fit within my daily calorie intake.
Im 13 but I do your workouts, it's only been 5 days and i can already see the difference. Tysm♡♡
