- Red Dead Redemption 2 was developed by Rockstar Games, the makers of Grand Theft Auto Series and this title came out back in 2018. It's mind-blowing to see how well this Game holds up and Rockstar is notorious for their attention to detail, with this Video I wanted to show 20 of the most insane details I have captured during my playthrough of this beautiful Game.

Nah, the game was in development from 2010 so it's 2010 and above technology, imagine what you can do today if companies ACTUALLY put in the effort..
and take in mind, the game was probably in a playable state (with all the details) in 2016-17.. so what could they make if they made one with their current possibilities?

@@LimdDrake graphics and details yes 115% but honestly, I can see why someone would prefer RDR1s gameplay. I've played both for hundreds of hours but I remember more about rdr1 gameplay than I do about rdr2. The only minigame I "remember" in 2 is poker because I like poker but I played everything in 1 all the time. Horseshoes, five finger fillet, poker, blackjack, bounty hunting, racing and of course treasure maps. 2 is a better game to just zone out and relax in but 1 had more memorable gameplay. And the story was incredible all the way through, while rdr2 has multiple slogs to get through (rhodes sherrif, guarma, prison escape and the van horn siege come to mind, I personally dont mind the intro)

4:51 if you revisit Horseshoe Lookout and Clements Point as John you can also hear gang members voices like Pearson saying something or Miss Grimshaw and Susan singing song together. I go their and read all the journal entry from page 1 to the last entry of Arthur.

This goes to show that no matter whatever the available tech is or which ever year a game is being made, if the devs give full dedication and passion then the game will turn out to be good.

I hope I am alive to play Rdr3. Cant wait to see the inception of Dutch's gang, Arthur's childhood. Early life of all the gang members, inception of the rivalry with O Driscoll's gang and not to forget mentioning an era when the gang culture pretty much flourished. All this, with a new and enhanced map with next Gen graphics... Can't wait.

Another thing is that if you bond with your horse at maximum level then while standing still on your horse and if you press space bar then your horse is starting to do a tip tap kind of march or trotting.

В этой игре у меня случилась драка с одним алкашом. И в один момент я понял, что он может меня избить. Поэтому в отчаянной попытке я выхватывают пистолет. Алкаш не растерялся и с ноги ударил по правой руке Артура, пистолет вылетел (!), алкаш тем временем выхватил нож, повалил меня на землю и заколол несколькими ударами в бок (!!!). Я нигде больше такого взаимодействия неигровых персонажей с игроком не видел. Порой даже скрипичные сцены CoD так не впечатляли, как случайная драка с алкашом в RDR 2

Rockstar had one job to make RDRO thrive and each opportunity they had, they threw it out for the money GTA brings them.
Something as simple as a story DLC, as wanted by many. That is all we need Rockstar.

I mean... Isn't this a norm of some sort? Such details in this genre should be there, so you can immerse in the story. Imagine trying to believe in what's happening in a game where the world is just a map with different objects that serve the only purpose of obstacles that are not even doing anything

This game is basically West World. I cannot believe i got this game at 60% off it feels like i stole it.
And i can place my bet that nothing coming out next year, not even the next GTA, would beat it in terms of realism and immersion.
No doubt Gta 6 will be good, both graphically and story wise but I think it will take a great deal of effort to beat this game as the no 1 because of the depth it has in its characters, story, open world. And I like the greenery more visually pleasing than a modern city setting. I can keep riding on my horse all day long.

Even though its very detailted the single player is still very strict one way to do a mission with one gun set you alter anything mission failed.
