I never watched a video on RDR2 because I knew I was going to take my time; it actually took me 6 months to beat the game because I was trying to do everything before I finished. I was able to 100% it, the hardest part are those damn gambling challenges.

Nah it was a completion of a huge story opposite of dead in the water although I know exactly what you mean and feel but I learned a bit about the previous games and you can see in the early games the vision they had and how it was held back by the graphics and this was finally them being able to do everything they wanted to do and couldn't it is a perfect game and I wish dearly we could get a new game as well but its the end of the story with this one. It's funny cus I had a boyfriend who was obsessed with the first one it came out got the special edition 360 and I remember the graphics being as good RD2 LOL now I get to play and every time I turn it on I'm in awe same for the Horizon series but Red Dead is something special.

Finding the way and parkouring to the nest was personally challengingly fun! The gorilla must’ve been a delivery for the taxidermist lady and somehow got dropped and/or so close to its destination… 🤔
Some of the loots can be looted again if you close the boxes after you done..all you need is to leave that area for few days or more..same thing with gold bars and nuggets which can be discovered arround the map..i mostly save my progress manually ..it keep glitches off and constant overwtiting the progress
I played the game twice that's how fun it was twice twice with the missions there's so many missions. There's so much to do you can hunt people in the game it's just a great game. I was upset Arthur Morgan passed away in the game so no more Arthur Morgan. I hope there will be a Red Dead redemption 3.
Only gripes i can think of, weird physics sometimes, slow and having to stand exactly in place to loot certain things, broken wanted system, and bad design for many gold medals, but otherwise than that the game is a masterpiece

They should had made an update if doing the mission where you're Author and at the place up north helping the professor gather current, electricity, at the top of the tower after solving the switches. Author gets shocked and eliminates his sickness, now you're playing as Him as a what if and get to beat the game defeating Dutch and Micah, but this time Marston is the one... That or both author and Marston get to live and you can switch between them
I think if you don’t inspect the meteorite and take the piece you can ride away for a little way down the road and if you come back another piece is there for you to take 👍

I only play the game since 2 months and somehow I want to discover stuff myself but I think I would never find those secrets - I already struggle with the official treasure maps... How do you guys handle this? How much do you guys discover yourself and how much do you know from tutorials? Not judging btw - just wondering...
What I wanna avoid is stuff that happened in games like Skyrim to me.... you loot a cave/house and then later you get sent there for a special mission but cant finish the mission because the item is already gone... therefore you cant finish the mission properly... Is stuff like this possible in RDR2?
@@Redherlith I think I found a situation you can "mess" up... There's this father and son in the most southern house on the map (Catfish Jacksons). You can either go there and just rob them or you can get sent there from Leopold Strauss. I let Strauss send me and in the end I was only able to rob the debt money, but not the money in the chimney...

Biggest secret to this day is to find out what to do with the (unique) loot. Unique yes, need the money, no. I loved going treasure hunting BLIND, but gold bars of not much use.
This game has a major CON and a major PRO. In my opinion the CON is rockstar completely destroyed this game with the online portion. They could have easily made endless options and slowly spread them out over time which some might be repetitive but also at least different stories. For instance, each town could have an option to fix up and make some money from the income from you fixing up the towns and attracting new people to visit like in Assassins Creed. The next thing is getting a job at certain towns and their companies and working your way up the ladder like in a real job until you own it..........., especially in Saint Denis where there were many different options for this. Having the ability to purchase wagons, carts and stage coaches. Having the ability to purchase different style boats from the canoe to the steam ship AND actually being able to fish from said boats. I could keep going but these are just some of the ideas that could have been but nope. The PRO in my opinion is the single player campaign which was absolutely amazing in every way. I love it so much that I replayed it recently but i purposely took my sweet time and explored everything, did everything and just took it all in and there are so many things that i missed the first time that the list would take me hours to explain.

The cauldron refills your cores so idk what you mean by dont drink it.
1. You can only drink once per play
2. It knocks down Arthur or John
3. ...dont drink anything you find on the forest thats suspiciously still boiling

In the shop, you can find a flask can grow your life. And in meteor house, if you go on night you can see a meteor rain in the sky
