I have had to condition for years, like hands excisers, it is helpful. One out of 2 other diagnosis is shoulds and feet. Deformity in both feets . Thank you for your time of help me and so many more. Would like to lift and to see more videos in involving hands feet and shoulders. Thank you.
I have been working on my fingers for a long time, massaging and moving them up, down, sideways, back and forward but with minimal results. When I discovered you channel a couple days ago : immediately started using these exercises on my fingers. Just a couple days of these exercises reduced my stiffness dramatically. I love it..

Thanks! I just noticed this year that my thumb on my right hand now has this dull click. And there is some pain in the morning. For years I've been cracking my thumb just from moving it. But, waking up in the morning oh! its painfully. I will use this to help. Didn't know it could make other joints worst. I think the compression gloves would help too. Doing these exercises I noticed the right hand and the thumb particularly I could feel a slight tightness going to my shoulders not bad but could sense that. Thanks!

Great tips..... I have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis for past 20 years everyday I am giving exercises for all joints as per my physiotherapist advice. Doing exercises most of the day.but still getting muscular spasms & physiotherapist relieve it manually. it's so painful 90% of my joints are affected due to rheumatoid arthritis . could you please help me with daily routine exercise that includes all the joints.
