I have done some of these exercises regularly in the past. I fell off the bandwagon after a broken wrist.. My wrist has healed and I can no longer use it as an excuse to keep me from taking care of other parts of my body. Thank you, Dr Alyssa for helping me take better care of myself.

Hi beautiful Thank u so much for all ur videos I have sciatica for passed 6 months I have gone to so many Physio and chiropractor sessions pills massage medication and nothing helped so far Can u please make a video for sciatica pain relief It seems like ur moves are simple and doable God bless 🙏🙏🙏
Hi Alyssa, thanks for the great and lovely videos! I sometimes have sore and stiff low back. My MR result says Spondylarthrose is observed, but grade 1-2 level. Shall i better do these moves or should I check your video for "degenerative disc disease on spine"?
Love your easy to understand and do exercises. Wanted to show a specific stretch video to my husband as I thought it would help him as his lower back was hurting today. It's the video of left side then right side bending and stretching (done standing) & the arch your back and round your back (done sitting) video, but it says it's no longer available when I clicked on the link :( Not sure what happened there, but I thought you should know I really liked the video and am missing it.
Are you saying that doing these daily would keep the back pain away all day, say if it was part of your everyday morning routine? The first time I tried them, I was having black pain and it relieved it immediately. I’m going to practice them daily and see what happens.
Alyssa, u are excellent pt, I do listen with all heart, since I am 74 years old , having back pain. but, pls. get rid of music, I can't listen good, since I have English language problem..thanks so much.
Don't feel bad about that because some people do need surgery. I'm suffering right now and am wanting surgery. But in the meantime I'm looking into these exercises.

I can answer that, yep! Do mine on the floor with a pillow for my head.
