Dumbbell chest fly is one of my favorite exercises ever. The mind muscle connection is insane when done correctly

Love all the demos, thank you!! Question, do you keep your back pressed into the bench, arched, or does it matter? Thanks

If someone tries to tell you the DB fly is a bad exercise, run away from them and never listen to them.

Love your videos but on chest Flys i always emphasize barely bending the elbows so the entire resistance comes from the chest and not the arms

I don't know but I like your previous video on Chest Fly better than this one.
For some reason, it looks like you are doing a press more than doing a chess fly.

I'm sorry but this is not the way to do chest fly. If you retract and depress your scapulae, which is the proper setting to do chest exercises, you'll find that your elbows are not in line with your shoulder. This is the proper form if you want to avoid shoulder injury. The elbows doesn't have to be in line with the shoulders, also being a monoarticular exercise the elbow have to be a little bit bent the same way all through the exercise.
