Hi Ingefleur, I've been watching you for years now! Love your vids! Thank you for making them. I have a question regarding taking temps... I used to do this before I had children along and when conceiving my first baby but now I am woken up through the night, multiple times with my now 1 year old and I'm unable to take my temperature to confirm ovulation due to the lack of the solid hours of sleep - do you recommend anything else I can do? Thank you for your help as always :)

What if someone has never seen a positive LH test but there is that rise in temperature, does it mean they ovulated or is it just a progesterone normal increase through the cycle?
Hi. I’ve been tracking for some time now and my ovulation went from day 10 to day 12 which is fabulous!! My thing is my temp rises so I know that I have ovulated but then it dips (still in the high 97 degrees Fahrenheit)after then rises again to 98F. Can I assume that the first rise concludes ovulation occurred? My next question is it possible to call pregnant when love has a testosterone level in the high 200’s? I’m working on him getting in to the doctors. He has been referred to a urologist. Thoughts? Thank you always for your help.
My periods are every 27 days and I have pcos. I’ve been using Pre Seed and tracking my temps but my cervical mucus is a little dry. Is it possible to still become pregnant?
Of course it is lovely. It just makes it more important for you to find your fertile window and to time lovemaking close to ovulation. That's great though that you have such a regular cycle despite your PCOS! Check out my PCOS playlist to guide you further: ua-cam.com/video/WPOJwDwIOaY/v-deo.html
Is it okay if the jump of temp post-O is across three days, like a little bit everyday ? I usually get a big jump right after O but this month it took three days to really have this 0.6 jump. Thank you!
I think that would likely confirm ovulation, but a slow rise suggests lower progesterone levels / less efficient ovulation. You can still get pregnant with that though as long as your luteal phase is long enough to sustain the pregnancy,
I have been taking myo inositol and for about a week i had very clear stretchy mucus. I never tested for ovulation since I have pcos. I just wondered if i was actually ovulating because the stretchy discharge is gone now
That's brilliant that you suddenly got the fertile CM! If you did ovulate, your temp would be up but if you're not taking your temperature then you could expect your period or a positive pregnancy test in max 2 weeks. I'd love for you to share an update here if you remember to.
@@FertilityHomeopath i will share. I will update in 2 weeks but Is it true that you don’t need a period to ovulate? I literally haven’t had a period since April but I sure had CM

Is it possible to get pregnant after an ectopic pregnancy when one tube is removed but both ovaries and remaining tube still present? What are somethings that can help? Thank you!
Yep definitely possible because the tube can catch from both ovaries. Focus on the tips I mention in my ectopic pregnancy videos and focus on egg quality!
Greeting Inger, thank you always sharing insightful information on fertility, pleas advice what is a daily required potency for Sea moss, especially for inflammation and PCOS🍃
Help I have Ava BBT while pregnant & 10 almost 11 wks Friday. 9/9/22 what does a temp drop almost to cover line say about pregnancy?? I feel fine to be honest. I had miscarriage 2 years ago in august 2020.
Hi, I have been diagnosed with LUF even though my body checks off all the things you listed to confirm ovulation. So the signs say I ovulated when in fact I haven't. Is there a way to detect LUF on your chart? Thank you
I have the cervical mucus, but my temps only increase by about .5 a degree after a clear peak ovulation test. Can this still mean I successfully ovulated
If I take progesterone my temperature goes up but I don´t really know if I am ovulating. I tried without progesterone and my temperature doesn´t get high enough. Does it mean I am not ovulating?
Hi lovely 🤗. My hubby and I have been ttc for 9months now, but back in June after 6months and no bun and very long irregular cycles, we decided to go go get checked at a gynecologist. She did and ultrasound and all looked great inside so she asked for some blood work to be done and it was found that I am insulin resistant and it's preventing ovulation. She prescribed Glucophage and insumax but we were not keen on these medications because my mums a nurse and told us how it can negatively impact on my health after a while. So I changed my diet and started exercising. I've lost 6kg and my skin and body are doing great but I still had a very long cycle last month, my cm has not been like egg white for a very long time so I'm pretty sure I'm still not ovulating. Do you have any suggestions? Or any advice to help with insulin resistance, I believe if I can heal that I can have a healthy natural pregnancy. Thanks in advance 😊
Random question ❔- if I have always needed Femara in the past to ovulate - which led to pregnancy 5 out of 7 times (but all ended in miscarriage 😔) and I recently got pregnant without it for the first time - does that mean this pregnancy is more likely to make it?
Aah that is great lovely! Yes I think your chances are definitely better! With the drugs your body was kind of forced to ovulate when it wasn't on its own. That means that overall there were reasons for not ovulating that could also contribute to not holding onto a pregnancy. Now clearly your body was able to ovulate and nurture an early pregnancy meaning it better able to hold onto a pregnancy as well. Hoping the best for you lovely!
@@FertilityHomeopath AHHHHHHH you responded!!! Yay, I’m taking it as a good luck sign!!! Ingefleur, you don’t know what PEACE of mind you have given me with this response. I have recurrent pregnancy loss and also had a possible ectopic in the past (never fully confirmed) and ever since then my OB has wanted early Ultrasounds (around 5-weeks), but with this one I have asked to not go in until closer to 10-weeks (which will be the end of this month). The wait for confirmation by ultrasound is scary, but I got the idea for from your video a couple months ago regarding the sixth reason you mentioned in: “7 Main Reasons for Miscarrying.” Hopefully having a later ultrasound, in combination with this blessing of a natural pregnancy, will give me my miracle rainbow and very first baby. Hmm, interesting mystery! I'd have to see the charts to know for sure. My theory? I suspect they missed the positive OPK and that LH is still high enough as soon as they test. If they have confirmed ovulation but the positive OPK is days later, then no that's highly unlikely.
@@FertilityHomeopath that makes more sense to me. I was just making sure that it wasn't a common thing... otherwise I might be missing out on fertile days. Thanks!
I get crazy amount of progesterone symptoms after what I assume is my ovulation day (based on CM and opks) Is that a good indicator that ovulation occured (those progesterone symptoms)?
If you've been tracking your temperature for a while and you have cross-checked your symptoms with confirmed ovulation, then that might be all you want or need to know. Generally speaking, I would always recommend taking temperature or doing progesterone home tests to be sure you have ovulated. Our body can play tricks on us sometimes lol.
@@FertilityHomeopath thank u for responding I love your content! I have difficulty temping because my schedule is all over the place, I am a light sleeper and often sleep with my mouth open.
