I do chart and I saw my ovulation and I got a peak this month. I previously took a break from charting because it became frustrating. My doctor put me on a vaginal progesterone as a safety precaution because I have an incompetent cervix and had a miscarriage years ago. Then I had an ectopic last year. So hopefully I get a successful pregnancy. I do take vitamins and coq10 is one of them.

Hi, I have not been watching your videos for a while because I have been suffering from PPD after having my baby girl in April 2020 (throughout pregnancy already) but now I am back watching them and have to catch up on a few now. I LOVE your videos, you have an outstandingly kind and friendly aura and it is so contagious :) I was wondering if you can make a video about PPD in combination with homeopathic remedies. In my case, it caught me off guard and I really feel there is talked about way too little. I am still thrown off my track very often and I have a hard time pulling myself out of that deep hole since I also do not want to take any medications. Anyway, I guess that is not really your topic but I thought I might just contact you, in case you find it interesting to talk about or have any tips whatsoever.

I love your videos!!! They are so helpful and informative. Can you do a video about charting after a miscarriage? I lost my first pregnancy last month and I'm trying to figure my body out with bbt, checking cm, and opks but the opks are so sensitive they are still picking up hcg not my LH. I do an hcg test every 3 days and my levels are dropping but it's so frustrating doing the LH tests and not knowing if it's picking up hcg or LH. Thank you!!
Oh man I'm so sorry lovely, that is so hard to deal with. That's a good idea for a video though, I'll add it to my list. I think you're doing the best you can though reading your comment. Keep your CM in check especially and assume the LH postives are indeed rather the HcG than the LH while you still get a positive HcG test.

You could go for artificial insemination; here the sperm is directly introduced into your uterus. This has been shown to improve chances of pregnancy

@@karislzr yes. I am currently 7mons pregnant now with a baby girl. What I did was constant folic acid. And then my husband and I had sex 2 days before my ovulation and then the other day I had my fertility massage (1 day before ovulation) and had sex again during ovulation.

My cycle is all over the place sometimes is 35 days, or others is 26 days. Also my leuteal phase varies from 10 days to 16 days. I have pcos. Its hard to lh test everyday for the past 2yrs. Spent thousands$ on lh testers, bbt testers, supplements, Gyms. 😪
That's frustrating lovely, stick to the cheap LH tests and have a look at my video on finding your fertile window with PCOS, that may help!

Out of curiosity, have you ever dealt with a patient who wanted to get pregnant but currently has a stage 2 uterine prolapse?
I'm currently 6 months postpartum and all of a sudden my uterus has fallen down to a stage 2. It's painful, I get intense spontaneous contractions randomly at times, ovaries always pull, and my lower back always aches. I'm only 26 and would love to have more children one day but I don't know if it's possible or if I should.
Is it dangerous to get pregnant with a stage 2 uterine prolapse? Is it even possible to get pregnant or safe to enjoy intimacy again with my uterus in the way?

Uterine prolapse can be repaired surgically. There are also non- surgical options...try to explore these!

Hello... stretchy cervical mucus is just one of the signs of ovulation however, it isn't the one thing to look out for. Once you are sure of your ovulation and the quality of sperm then you should be able to achieve pregnancy!

doctors will tell you no. it's not likely. there hasn't been enough time for hcg to build up in your system. I believe it is possible. best of luck to you. lots of baby dust😊

I look at charts of my patients so joining my waiting list for a fertility assessment is the best way. I am however on maternity leave right now and not taking on any patients. I recommend starting on my chart interpretation course so you can learn how I interpret charts yourself!
