Oh boy, "three useless little boys" 2 of them are meta. And the Warframe reference is 100% accurate
They are useless because they are boys, which will not fulfill my need for waifus.
Indeed. First farming for hours for a fucking harrow systems, and then another couple hours for materials. It's a curse we can't run away from
I bought harrow, and then harrow prime came. I rather wait for primes that wasting time farming the not mal ones
@@Efgand0894 I'm a warframe collector so I farm both normal and primed versions. Sometimes it's fun, sometimes it's a pain in the ass
He wrote "They're not actually useless i just don't want men" or smthn like that while saying "three useless small boys"

Fun fact: Lisa's English voice actress was embarrassed on stream when she played Lisa. Of how much suggestive noises character made.
The fact Max0r was memeing about the Waluigi h but you were like "he said 60 pages so it must be good right?" and proceed to see some shizz is one of those moments when I'm reminded why you are one of my favorite people on the internet.
A few things about the game, yeah it can be played for free without issue, gear and characters, like Max0r said, is really not worth it to spend money on them, you can keep your starter team and they are good enough to carry you to end game, the best part, like he said, is the exploration, just taking a breather and jump, climb and run, is a rather comfy experience. I've been playing this game almost from the start, not spending a dime on it, usually just like an hour daily or so if there are no events and I already have most of the characters I wanted strong enough to have the game on easy mode even in endgame. You should give it a go, play casually, see if it is for you.
Well the starter Pyro is a bit crap, but they give you one of the best ones for free later on anyway.
And just like how Max0r said: "Only if you have self control"
If you are going to pay, make sure you know that you pay for "more chance" which is different from "higher chance"
@@CrossXaberS
Well no, there's the Pity system which means you can pay your way to a cast-iron certainty on any of the limited banners (at 90 wishes it's 50-50 and at 180 it's 100% if you failed the coin toss last time). The Gambler's Fallacy is actually true here, around 75 Wishes it starts to ramp the probability from 0.6% to 100%. The same with 4-star items, you are not just statistically likely to get 1 for every 10 wishes, you are _mechanically guaranteed_ to get one on wish ten if you went 9 without one.
@@CruelestChris
True. But for the new players, most of their brains will likely refuse to comprehend rolling so far after losing the 50/50 onto the hard pity. 😂
Oh God no... Queen about to see some crap she'll never be able to escape from...
She has been infected.....
5:05, that is an inescapable rabbit hole that you will bury yourself in, we will NOT attempt to rescue you
3:02 yes. You pay money to get more chances to roll for better weapons, more characters, and more dungeon runs for potentially better gear. However, the game is easy and even if you're completely free to play you can beat all the content.
You don’t have to pay money at all
I play free to play and I can take on any challenge and win easily
It's just like any other f2p game, you can spend money to get better gear, but the one that you get for free is good enough.
Pay to simp not to win
literally havn't spend anything and have multiple 5 stars with constellations and weapons. and yeah that games easy regardless some 4 stars can blaze through it prob with 1 hand.
@@gizunoglunmig0801 The game's too RNG dependant. As it was mentioned in the video stats for artifacts are BS and constantly give you shit like HP and DF when you don't even need them.
The Waluigi bit had me in tears😂😂
Queen could you react to the video It's Embarrassing to Die from Atrocity Guide and Rare Items from Emplemon. They are a bit more serious but good videos nonetheless.
She did the research.
I love Genshin and well I love the reactions. All hail the award winning game Jenshin Impacc and Part III of the 2.6 version: Ayaya and the Eternal Banner.
*looks at Ei* "look at me, im the eternity now"
@@jbzeus6100 Ei: Very well but it's gonna cost you a sibling.
Ayaya: 0_0
You know what else is fun and has 2.6 in its name
I legit went and got my Ayaya to C2 when I saw they made the banner 'permanent' (who knows how long it'll take for them to rerun her again after this situation) XD
@@far4955 Big fuckin Brain~ I also got C2 Ayaya (had her C1 with Mistplitter during her debut banner). I just wish Mistsplitter had a better 5 star buddy on the banner. An Amos Bow or somethin maybe even Wolf's Gravestone so people can go for it and not get the worst end of the stick when it comes to losing 50/50.
genshin was kinda fun. but u know whats more fun? max0rs reviews. please react to all of them.
Based
Also, there is number of Sseth reviews...
11:52 I play it for the plot, playing the game for a year now just to know what's coming next, many story quests are quite a memorable experience. The soundtrack is literally the best
I absolutely agree. The lore as well as the story is very good (if we're not talking about "Prologue").
Honest question, what is the plot? In all the ads I've seen for the game, I've never seen an ounce of plot for it.
@@Obozo_Gaming Because ads of this game don't show you the plot. Unless you've seen a trailer ad of this game.
@@Obozo_Gaming you're interdimensional traveler, but you meet an unknown god in the one of the worlds that steals your sibling and seals your power, now you're stuck in Teyvat. So in order to find them and get out of there you explore the different regions and slowly get more powerful while getting constantly roped in local problems and politics. The main plot is pretty standard and meh, but many side stories are very well written, especially in latest region, and the lore of the world is pretty interesting.
This... is why I've been subscribed for years.*Chefs kiss* great video.
"Waluigi hooked up with Eggman?"
-QueenBlaze, 2022
I personally got a bunch of good premium characters just by saving up the in-game currency. You don't have to pay a dime if you don't want to, it's just that a lot of people unfortunately do.
She rly looked it up IM SO FUKKIN PROUD
Also. no You dont pay for the characters. You pay for stuff that you can roll a dice with to potentially get ANY of these characters.
This is why I dropped he game but my cousin plays a lot and someone I know online is obsessed with it. I love the style of it and the combat is fun but damn the gacha shit, that drove me crazy in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and that game is SINGLE PLAYER FJDFHFJGEK
Actually with the pity system you can pay to the point getting a banner character is a statical certainty (from 75 rolls it ramps up the probability of a 5-star drop to 100% at 90, which is a 50% chance of being the promoted character: therefore, 180 rolls should get you what you want). You can also just save free rolls from periods where you don't want the promoted character.
I haven't played the game but my friends have and it looks like a lot of work went into it for it to be free to play. I couldn't really follow the story very well but that's mainly because most the people I've seen play it cant be bothered to read the dialog xD
You sure dove down a dark rabbit hole or two this video but you've come out more big brained and only slightly more disturbed, good trade!
"ill probably do all METAL GEARS IN 1 VIDEO" -
so you have choosen........DEATH.
What a coincidence
I'm simultaneously watching your reaction to the Elden Ring video on T.V. for like, the 5th time😂
I personally really liked the game, unfortunately I had to force myself to stop playing it. As he said at the end, with any of these free/gacha games you need self control. You'll see something and say "oh it's just a few dollars", then a few months down the line look at your bank statement and see you spent hundreds overall.
The Metal Gear where you escape from the hospital is Metal Gear Solid 5, which Max0r has also made a video on.
Yeah you can roll for characters without paying any money.
She reacted to the luigi hentai like it was a twist in one of her soaps.
Genshin Inpact? 😒👎
Jensin Impact 😏👍
Queen is flexing her pro gamer knowledge on we peasants.
Shes secretly a lcs watcher lmao
Yes most of the people keep plaing for the plot, its very cinematografic with action, drama and comedy.
I love how you get meme references. I will watch your career grow with great enthusiasm
Two out of those "three useless small boys" are some of the strongest characters in the game, Bennet and Xingqiu. Everyone has them because they're easy to get and you don't need to spend a cent, too. Even Razor is pretty good.
The game is pretty, the music is great, the gameplay is decent. But he's right that even if you stop playing it'll have an impact on you. It draws you in to play every day, so you need to take breaks from it every now and then. But you still get the urge to go play and explore.
I have not played the game but I am guilty of searching up certain art about certain characters. And after seeing Waluigi art, you too are now more cultured, huzzah!
16:50 When I heard about activating almonds, I got curious and looked it up. It came from a meme which looks like a poster some guy made to brag about his pretentious food-schedule. Like, seriously, the dude would clearly sh-t himself to death if he was ever made so poor that he had to eat that ramen from the store that comes in individual packets. (which I actually like every now and then)
*ANYWAY* activating almonds is when you soak almonds in water for awhile, and then dry them out in the oven. By putting them in water, you’re tricking the nuts into starting the germination process, which supposedly will give the nuts more nutrients after you take them out of the water and dry them out again.
Basically, activated almonds are what snobby pretentious vegans use as a substitute for veal.
[EDIT] You’re only supposed to do this for an hour or two, I think. Not long enough for anything to grow, so “starting the germination process” and then canceling it in the oven is a roughly equivalent timeframe to using a morning-after pill.
What a coincidence a calming Genshin Impact add showed up right before taking about the PAIN of Genshin Impact.
You know you're gonna go to that dance with that boy!
This may be off topic, but I thought it was funny:
There's a rare character in the game called Eula that I somehow managed to get on my second try. If you look at her profile, you can see a list of all her audio clips for different scenarios.
There's a scenario where she wishes you happy birthday, which I thought was going to be wholesome. Instead, she basically says "Today is a joyful day. I'll give you a bone whistle as a present and teach you it's secrets. When the day of reckoning comes, let's see how long you can fend me off with it. It'll make the whole thing more interesting."
Eula is still a fav character of mine, but she terrifies me.
She can give me a bone whistle any day >.>
"YouKnowYou'reGonnaGoToThatDanceWithThatBoy."
The last advice from this video got me into the game, knowing that I'm not impeded from playing the game just cause I don't spend money is a great relief,if anyone has played Fire emblem heroes and tried to get a dual hero without spending money, you know what I'm talking about.
the story is quite good but it does have a few hiccups (the third nation you go to is a little weak main story wise, but makes up for it with sidestories IMO), especially when it comes to the english translation of certain dialogues that makes characters just.. say shit that is completely out of character for no reason (albeit not too frequently, but it does make one character look like an ass when he's saying the exact opposite of what's translated)
the gameplay is pretty simple but fun enough, and the game is perfectly playable without spending any money on it (i've not spent a dime on it personally), even if it's a bit stingy when it comes to giving you the currency for rolls (it's perfectly fine if you're not caught up as you get so much of it if you just do story and side content naturally, without even seeking out the currency)
Is the character that seems like an ass in english by any chance Xiao? or is there another character im not thinking abt? just making sure lol
@@YumeBat Childe/Targaglia, his pre-fight monologue is pure nonsense and a 180 of his character, you can look it up there are a few good threads on it with a better translation
not sure about xiao, all i remember is that his english voice doesn't fit him LOL
@@BlackWACat And then we have Itto, who is literally THE ONE AND ONI reason you'd want to play in English (well, not really, but I really wanted to make the pun)
I play in English voices 'cause it feels more natural for me, probably because I started playing in English voices, so anything other than that will make me feel a bit unconfortable.
@@Koraki0000 that's fair enough, i've played in english for a really long time until i randomly swapped out to Japanese to try it
..and i've yet to go back
You don't pay for the ladies, you pay another chance to get the ladies.
A couple friends and I are avid players. The Lore, music, characters, and open world are the reason I love it. Yes, it can be addicting and easy to spend money for better (subjectively) weapons/characters, it's a gacha game after all (in fairness, it's still enjoyable and manageable to get characters/etc. by saving up, just time consuming obviously). Tbh, I have a better time when leveling a team I actually like and not really stressing over grinding materials. Plus, it's more fun with friends imo.
11:53 Can only speak from my experience but those I've met are usually die hard waifu/husbando collectors or really enjoy leveling to late game content... and can't say I haven't been there a few times myself, lol.
_Genshin_ is a free-to-play, pay-to-accelerate, open world, adventure RPG gacha game. That means:
1. You don't have to pay, paying only makes you get stuff faster. There's little you can't get just by playing, and all story content is available to all players.
2. Exploration is rewarded to the extreme. There are treasures, puzzles, and other things hidden _everywhere_ , and they all give you something. Every resource you pick up is useful somewhere, including the wood you get from hitting trees. These are for your teapot home, although currently that's under maintenance so you can't play anything even after you complete the quest to get it. Also pretty sure Max0r was joking about the radish thing, seeing as you can find and pick one in nearby Springvale or the Dawn Winery pretty easily. But hey, he found Liyue.
4 - I mean 3. You don't make your own characters here, but play as a set of characters who use their own elements, weapons, artifacts, and talents (skills), each of which can be leveled. It looks complicated at first, but you can learn as you do. The game's tutorial is pretty good at sharing information about things as you go.
4. 'Gacha' is a mechanic based on Japan's gachapon machines. Basically, you put money in it to try to get a collectible toy item you want. The machine pops out a capsule, and you open it up and see what's inside, and that's usually disappointment. So the 'gacha' comes from the sound of the capsule being ejected from the machine, and the 'pon' is the sound of your dreams dying. 'Gacha' as a video game mechanic is much the same, and similar in many ways to loot boxes in Western games -- except some Asian games decided to include guarantees of sorts, whereas Western games do not.
In _Genshin_ you have separate banners on which to pull for better stuff. You use items called Fates (a blue kind and a rainbow kind) to pull on the banners, and you can also buy Fates directly using a currency you earn in the game called 'primogems.' The price for a single pull on any banner is 160 primogems or 1 Fate, and as you can do a set of 10 at once, it can potentially get expensive pretty quickly. Max0r already addressed the percentages of pulling a 4 star character (5%) and a 5 star character or weapon (0.1%), and these are for a single pull. Fortunately there is the Pity System, although it still requires lots of pulls: You reach Soft Pity at 70 pulls, and Hard Pity at 90. This means your chances of pulling a 5 star dramatically increases at these points, until it reaches 100%. Unfortunately there's also the 50/50, meaning you have a 50% chance the character or weapon you pull will be the featured one, and a 50% chance it will be something permanent, and not time-limited, from the Standard Banner. Fortunately losing the 50/50 means your next 5 star pull will be the featured rate-up 5 star, but that means going around to 70-90 pulls again. Still better than opening 10,000 loot boxes and still not getting what you want, though. Not that I'd know, I don't touch loot boxes. That the game doesn't give me for free. The Weapon Banner used to be much worse, with no guarantee of getting what you were after, ever. This led to streamers like Tectone spending $1,700 to get a single Staff of Homa for Hu Tao. After this much suffering, Mihoyo decided to throw the whals (big spenders) a bone, and made a Pathing System where you get to choose the weapon you want, and you only have to lose the 50/50 twice to guarantee getting it. It's still outside the realm of freeplayers and limited spenders, but it's better, at least.
The story and characters in _Genshin_ are pretty good, although I do have to agree that there are some off characterizations in the English voicing that isn't consistent with the Japanese or Chinese. The EN, for example, makes Xiao an edgelord who's always angry, and Kokomi a ditz who always says the obvious, despite being the strategist for an entire army. They're much more palatable in JP and CH. There's also your eternal companion, Paimon, who is a Third-Person Person only in EN. This isn't to say that the EN is always bad, and it's a treat Mihoyo decided to include an EN dub at all. I just hope they do better when they release _Honkai: Star Rail_ and _Zenless Zone Zero_ .
_Genshin_ 's direct predecessor, _Honkai Impact 3rd_ , is where Mihoyo built a lot of the technology and techniques that allowed them to make _Genshin_ , and its Global version has only JP and CH audio, with EN subtitles. But the story and characters are absolutely amazing, with one of the best-written antagonists in all of fiction. If you're curious at all about _HI3_ , I suggest checking out the version PVs and 'Honkai Chronicles: Mobile Operation Centre' only, as the 'animated shorts' are spoiler-ridden videos that, while awesome, are baked into the game. Watching them without context does not do them justice. Except for the concept ones like 'Reburn' and 'Winter Memories,' which aren't part of the story. 'Bronya' is the other one that's non-canon.
You could also check out _Genshin_ 's character teasers and trailers, as well as the version trailers if you want to know more about the characters and stories. But be forewarned: the character stuff is gonna make you want to get them. And currently, as version 2.7 is delayed until further notice, there is only one banner: Just Ayaka.
2:14 Metal Gear Solid 5

Thanks for the content, Queen. It's been rough lately
Hope it gets better!
I'm gonna wait for the day Blaze reacts to Honkai Impact animations (just make sure they're all in JP dub save for "Reburn" clip )
genshin is. Not a bad game It may have its issues but it’s a beautiful game in a lot of aspects espical the story and combat and the word itslef
that's that's ... WOW. I feel you entirely. 💀

"Research" god, I'm dying
Best way to enjoy Genshin imo is to binge on it for 30 days at a time after every major content drop using a Welkin Moon which costs $5. Then wait until the next patch comes out. The big patches are actually really good and add a lot of content every couple of months.
Oh man that Terry Davis joke
I can't believe Queen deep dived into r34... this is the best timeline in the multiverse.
Technically you don't need the gatcha, the free characters at the start is enough to handle everything, and it's single player.
And you have a guaranteed 4 star character or weapon every 10 rolls, most people seem to forget that when making a review
I've noticed that in each nation, the only ones with the element associated with that nation, is the god, and the leaders of the nation. Like, there is geo characters in Mondstat, but in Liyue has like... Only Morax, and Ninguang.
Um...you kinda forgot Sucrose and possibly Jean for Mondstadt (since technically Jean isn't the leader, Grandmaster Varka is) and Yun Jin for Liyue. And that certainly doesn't apply to Inazuma where the leaders don't have Electro abilities either.
@@CruelestChris I used leader loosely, but yeah, sucrose is an outlier... And Yun Jin...
As a Chinese vendor once said: "Buy my jensing impact"
And It doesn't stop with Waluigi
Rest In Peace Terry Davis
Is that a new mic or have I just never seen it lol 😆
I've spent enough for a down payment on a house but I don't regret it the games fun and I love the story just wish they would add more content in each update since I've optimized playing through it within a day or two after the updates go live
Ayo Don't forget us f2P Players who can get characters also without using our money!!!
yes! I'm f2p and the game is still really enjoyable! I don't really miss out on anything by not paying. The game system is very considerate to f2p players compared to other games I've played :)
2:13 MGS5: The Phantom Pain (Max0r made a video on this one too lmao)
Last thing that i was expecting you to react was Genshin impact lmao
This game is truly reaching everyone on the internet xD
(Also just so you know his video was made before a very big update and now the English voices are way better, also yes people do play it for the plot)
It's rule 34, if it exists, there is porn of it, no exceptions. Dear God there are no exceptions
It's a bit different from anything you've been reacting to recently, but Vinesauce Joel's Windows Vista Destruction video is really funny, and I think you might like it.
OH NO PLEASE TELL ME YOU DIDNT ACTUALLY LOOK IT UP
jensin Impact I know the jensin Impact community are malding after hearing that😂😂😂
3:05 not better, just more. You can play without money quite easily, just need to be carefull with when you spend rolls.
12:16 MC'fuckin-xcuse me?
My sister play Genshin, Her friends get mad at her cause she pulls the best characters without even paying a dime.
I still can't believe she still called it Jenshin Impact I can't stop lmao
mfw she invented jensin impact before flynn from breaking bad did it
Queen you gotta try playing it
It's a hard g, like gun.
You should react to the Genshin Impact character trailers! They’re beautiful and showcase the characters nicely.
Gacha games, you pay money for roll of the dice chance to get something. In this case characters and weapons which get lower for higher level stuff
I like the english voices. Didn't think I would as I primarily watch anime in japanese, but english in genshin impact is really well done. I was surprised at how well done. Great voice acting with a lot of personality. Also I just can't with the generic squeaky high pitched japanese voices most characters have these days. I do have the japanese voices installed too tho, so I can switch to it for most optimal rock climbing ofc.
4:01 not necessarily but if you want all then yes defiantly
Watching Queen react to weeb shit makes my day
Ah yes my favorite gacha game
*Jen-sin Impact*
The fact that she knew rule34 lmao
you don't have to pay money but it does make the game easier (although you can still gain premium currencies by just playing)
Yes its a gacha game where people tend to whale I.E. spend absurd sums of money just to get their favorite character or a needed item because the drop rates are so ungodly low that some people could've spent that money on a used car. The sad thing is this one of the more FORGIVABLE gachas since it has a pity system of something like where if you roll a 100 times or whatever you get a guaranteed max rarity character.
for me genshin is just a fun game to play to pass the time... I say that but I am material farming hell oh god help me.
but anyways, if you did find this interesting I'd reccomend giving the character demos a watch, even if it's just for the music
Yes the type of game is gacha game. The ones you spoke of specifically when you can t progress without paying are categorised in this group as pay to win (p2w). Scorn of the earth. Cancer metastasis. Yup. Like in casino, the ones that keep feeding the beast are called whales, pay whales. Well societies got to do benefices ( i m guilty of whaling on some games ngl). The opposite of p2w is free to play(f2p). Most f2p players avoid paying ofc. It requires patience and high resistance of gambling temptation.
Edit
"Will there be a lot of zoom in body part, therr seems there is a lot..."
No . There isn t. Like not enough :3
well, you can buy stuff in-game, but the game has its own problem: that the game is too easy. You can technically clear the game (the story) with 4 star characters as opposed to getting the 5 star characters from the banner.
i love how max0r was saying "genshin" the right way through the whole video, and yet you kept saying "jensen" for some reason
I remember when it first came out and all i did was explore every inch of the world and unlock the waypoints. After that was done I just found the story boring and long winded. Wish they'd put in a skip dialogue button
I wish you could pay for a character, instead of rolling for them.
Personally I play it for the story and the characters
No BS, I've seen so much Genshin porn on reddit and random discords that I initially thought it was a hentai game.
Yay
