In these Dark soul like games, you start off at a Bonfire like place. Where you can save, rest, and often upgrade.
You can find more of these as you progress throughout the games, usually as a Fast travel location for each area.
So its not really that you "make Bonfires" you just have to find them.
They did have a scraped mechanic in which you were able to make bondfires in DS3. So maybe she was thinking about that?
As someone who played bloodborne a ton and has an understanding of the lore this is surprisingly accurate as a summary of the events of the game
Thats the scary thing about Max0rs videos. They really arent inaccurate most of the time.
Bloodborne is my favorite game of all time personally. It's not for everyone, no Souls game is. I managed to get my brother into Elden Ring and he's been loving it as his first Souls game.
I wish it was for someone with a PC.
I don't even think any souls game is made for every souls player. I played ds1 to understand 2 and 3 better. But it was rough. And sekiro was so cool. But I only played 6 hours. I then watched a playthrough for the rest.
Just for some context on 'The Cum Dungeon', there is a Chalice dungeon that people found that had the ID code 'cummmfpk' that gives you 83k Blood Echoes (the game's currency) just by walking into it. Because of its ID, people blessed it with that name.
So since everything Max0r says is objectively correct...
If you've played Bloodborne then you have to play the dlc.
So if Queen=Having played but never finished the game then she legally has to play the dlc but doesn't have to beat it?🤔

To answer the question, those are eyes. The game clarifies in two ways. One boss prays to a Great One to be granted eyes like Rom. But in the lore one group of individuals believed to ascend, a person should accumulate eyes on the inside of their skull, the Insight. Then the other main group of beliefs to ascend was by blood. That's the lower key depth of the story premise we'll see in theme and it's an interesting way to pick apart what's going on throughout the world being explored and where things relate and cause certain conflicts between groups.

Your bonfire story reminds me of how the first time I played Dark Souls I didn't notice the tutorial message telling how to do plunging attacks, so every time I went onto the ledge where I was supposed to drop attack the Asylum Demon we'd just stare at each other for a minute before he'd smash me.
I love scary games! There's something so fun to me about horror themed games and gross enemy designs, etc.. We haven't gotten enough good ones lately but Dead Space is getting a remake and it looks amazing.

Aw, Queen, I know you'll side-eye and also get a hundred of these, at least, but if you ever want to actually get back into it, we can help! I'm not an expert, I think my character is 130-something the last time I played, but my avid Bloodborne fan of a friend is level 700-something. There's a difficulty multiplier for bringing players in, but people like us could get you through it!

If you ever play the game, take a moment and aim the camera at the sky and distance. The graphics of the victorian setting are beautiful. And really makes you feel like you're in a land of horror and nightmares

Anyone can beat these games its not that hard and quite fun you just have to believe more in yourself Queen you got this.

my friend turned me onto Bloodborne, he's really into the other games and all i had was a ps4. didn't beat the first boss, but walking around the 1st area with the Threaded Cane was more than enough fun for me

I got to a certain boss pretty early on and after dying to it a bunch I just quit the game. Came back last year, one-and-a-half-years later, beat that boss and finished the game in like a week. Definetly one of my favourites ever.
It's funny, Souls-like games give me anxiety when thinking about playing them but when I do, I actually kick ass. I beat some of the apparently hardest bosses usually on my 2nd try atleast (although with great effort and palm sweat). My least favourite thing though is having to run back to the boss Arena through enemies sometimes.

Bloodborne is a game about a character going to camp in London. That's why you make campfires and stuff.
The first ‘campfire’ is available less than a minute into the the game. You don’t actually have to defeat a single enemy to get there
