The words that appeared were him saying that most strategies of beating bosses involve a tank character because most bosses go into a stage where you have to either wait or use a long range character. But if you don’t have a long range character, you just have to wait.

It is true we only recommend the game unless you have self control if you don't then just watch others play it or just watch the animations or listen to their music because it beautiful
If you do play, take it your own pace. I'm serious, rushing into the higher world levels will make your gameplay experience unbearably difficult, so take it slow. Prepare with the best stuff you can anytime the game stops your Adventure Rank from automatically increasing, unless you already have the best stuff. All characters are viable, it's just that some make it significantly easier.
And if you have self control and like _Genshin_ , you can also look into its big sister _Honkai Impact 3rd_ , which is a mobile gacha game with some open world modes and a _lot_ of hot women in a variety of outfits -- and only one male playable character, in an open world mode. The story and characters are very well written, with even the main antagonist earning some major respect. But be warned: the game contains extreme depression. And some incredibly well animated CGs. Like, they got actual professional anime studios to help make them.
They also have the habit of testing out new systems in older games before applying them to their newer ones, and interested people work on different aspects of a project regardless of their position. For example, the company's CEO, Dawei, apparently did some motion capture for some characters dancing (he's inserted into _Genshin_ as The Unusual Hilichurl, and into _HI3_ as... a CEO). But they do get very serious when it counts, using a figure skater to capture motions for Timido Cute, and hiring a Peking opera singer for the opera parts pertaining to Yun Jin.
Mihoyo also has a detective otome game called _Tears of Themis_ for the ladies, and their latest work, currently in development (besides funding research into a nuclear fusion reactor) is _Honkai: Star Rail_ .
Another interesting tidbit: while Mihoyo is based in China, and has come across its censorship laws multiple times (resulting in some character model changes), their game servers are apparently Cloud-based. A name change to 'Hoyoverse,' as well as their Singapore-based subsidiary, Cognosphere, would seem to be an indication of the company's intent to stretch its legs. And based on the successes of their previous games, I'd say they are more than capable. _HI3_ was given a global release and a PC port, but never an English release. _Genshin_ 's global release included English dubbing. Some of the promotional material for _Star Rail_ is already in English. You can see where this is going.
