i accidently had my color set to a dark blue and the stencil painted a blackish red. It only painted the original color if the brush was set at pure white. An interesting way to change stencil color, if you wanted.

Super helpful but... Every time I try to do this the stencils I'm painting ends up heavily pixelated. Any ideas on how I can make it sharper?

The relationship between the resolution of the image you are using to stencil with and the resolution of your UV map. Look at more tutorials and you will eventually figure it out. I did.

increase the aspect ratio of the image you're using on the model, for example, you made it 1048x1048, so you double the size

I am following the directions but when i stencil my sticker i get an error message at the bottom that says. missing textures (or link) detected... So i can see the object i want to stencil on but when i left click to start the process it does nothing and i get that error at the bottom...what am i doing wrong?
