Unfortunately this comment is potentially antiscience and possibly antivax so I had to report it... Remember, never study the chemistry, scientist did it for you and can't be bothered explaining it to a poor test subject, go shopping and get triple boosted, it's absolutely scientifically proven 😂

I’m not sure how long this will last but I’m taking advantage of it. I got a months worth and will keep taking it. Even if it only works today just having the energy is a godsend. And want to be clear it’s not a jittery kinda energy like coffee or any drug. It’s a very calm energy where I can sleep if I really wanted to or go out and not be dragging. It’s very nice to feel energetic again.

4:17- The reaction is not balanced. The left should be added one more H⁺: NAD⁺ + 2e⁻ + 2H⁺ because two hydrogen atoms, 2H, are involved. But the right side appears correct if the H in NADH was a hydride (i.e. H⁻ , a proton and two electrons). If so, the left should be: NAD⁺ + H⁻ (2e⁻ + H⁺) + H⁺.

I've got a question, now ok we get 2 NADH + 2H+ in Glycolysis which needs 4 hydrogens. What about the Krebs cycle where we make 6 NADH + 6H+ and also the 2FADH2. Where do those hydrogens come from?
