Young individuals should take Resveratrol at night while older people should take it midday for the greatest effectiveness. If you’re 40 or above, I suggest you to take NMN. Just so you know, Resveratrol is needed to activate the sirtuin genes (which protect our DNA and epigenome), while NMN is needed to fuel the sirtuins. However, resveratrol is difficult to be absorbed by the gut, and the little resveratrol that ends up in the body is broken down very quickly. I take NMN Vitruvin brand for the first time, and so glad it didn't fail me.

I'm sorry, but I don't see why only one H+ on the left ? If You got two e- , two H+ on the right, where is the seconde H+? Thank you. I start the biochemistry, may be, I'm sure, I pose a stupide question 😊

My basic understanding of creatine is that it also helps produce ATP. So, does it do this on it's own or is creatine kind of useless without NAD after a certain point?

So that means, NAD+ gives more energy to the mitochondria which helps the mitochondria to produce more energy to the cell which help the cells grow. Can i explain it this way?

Wish I could find an IV clinic that does this! Hopefully the supplements are not just a waste of money.
