      @@gravity579 I've been taking 25cc/ml units of NAD by injection every other day. The dose can go as high as 50 cc/ml units, but since NAD is expensive and I'm having positive results from taking a smaller dose, I'm sticking with this for now. Plus, I am petite, small framed, and I don't typically tolerate the full dose of any medication.

    I just rcvd the bottle if nad+ and am excited 2 begin including it n mi regimen. Wrkn on increasing energy lvl, menopausal here. Mi mitochondria fell asleep ndeed 😴.
    I graciously appreci8 ths informative video. Will continue 2 do mi research. And I will b mindfull of how I feel as I begin nad+! Unvaxxed here but I deal w/ asthma & autoimmune issues. Thanx again👍🏾 I am excited abt feelin better🎉

    Niacin increases NAD more than NMN or NR, and its cheap. Supplement companies cant make money off of it, so they don’t sponsor the UA-cam influencers to pimp in out. Take TMG alongside so it helps with methylation, which you need to do with NMN or NR also.

      @@seekfactsnotfiction9056 niacin does not increase NAD more than NMN or NR. Those are the two best things to increase NAD besides getting actual IV injection of NAD.

    Here’s the problem: NMN supplementation isn’t cheap and isn’t regulated so when you make a purchase you don’t know if it’s real or not! To figure it out, it takes a ton of research!

    NAD + shot better than IV NAD In my experience; did IV NAD 6 months, NAD + at home is the brand I use, I taught myself how to give myself the shot, refrigerate, however let shot sit out ten minutes for room temp of product for no sting. To each his own, but I personally wasted six months on IV NAD. I feel so much better. #God send alertness. ❤brain awakening slowly again.

    Quaternary ammonium compounds exposure immediately crashes my mitochondria! This started for me in 2018.
    About half of approved disinfectants for covid had quaternary ammonium compounds. Maybe long covid patients should avoid quats.

      @@chrisscalzilli7749 Well, I don't take medications that are based from petrochemicals due to petrol sensitivity that causes airway inflammation. My negative experience with quats is usually inhalation exposures, even around people who use hair conditioner with a quat (especially if their hair is wet).

    Im 33 years old and I work with my looks. Other than taking care of what I eat and my workouts I want to take Tru naigen which is an NR that boost NAD. So I can continue to be radiant and youthful longer in my Job field. I also have a child and I hesitate on getting on this supplement because of the cancer rumor, although there aren't any confirmed cases of it causing cancer. I'm so indecisive, but I wish there was more information on this and the possible cause of it causing some sort of cancer down the line.

    So I do have mast cell activation disorder with chronic fatigue, chronic pain etc. Also had breast cancer but am cured according to oncologist. What is your opinion about taking nad? I’m on k2d3, would you recommend nmn or nicotinamide riboside? Is taking ONE of these above all I would need or do I need to take something else with it?

    I took high doses D3 with K2 and NMN after getting post viral fatigue syndrome (Covid twice), it was the only remedy that worked. I have now switched to liposomal NAD with TMG and am now getting fatigued again. I was wondering if there are any medical studies proving that this form of B3 is capable of improving NAD in the blood like NMN or NR does.

      Wish someone told this to me when my dog was diagnosed with primary liver cancer. Docs gave her a 4wk max and we stretched out her lifespan to a healthy and active 7 months before she died peacefully in my arms 😢

    I have been injecting NAD subcutaneously for about two weeks now twice a day because I was told it would help me with my chronic fatigue. However, it has made it worse, not better. I’m so fatigued that it’s hard to get up. What am I doing wrong?

      Injustice started NAD injections for chronic fatigue. The fatigue gets worse, but it will eventually get less and less. Don’t give up.

      I feel this sometimes, though I just started. Also, i have kidney disease which is a risk I'm taking for feeling a lot better. Evidently excess B3 can increase chance of heart attack or stroke, so maybe that has something to do with it. How often were you taking it? I take NR about 2 times a week now.

    As expensive as this stuff is, it had better make you a god. In addition, most of the products available are not third party tested or made in GMP certified facilities, so you don't know what you're actually getting. Niacinamide is much cheaper and seems to work better.

    These precursors have been well studied. They don’t get into muscle and have no beneficial effect. The original rearchitect is flawed. Anyone promoting them is most likely a grifter. This is also true of resveretrol and metformin for Antiaging. They do not help.

    Dr I had bought 2 different kind and both of them besides not feeling more energized it gave stomachache all kind of vit B 3 it doesn’t matter the brand or any combination I wish it could work because I am suffering from long COVID symptoms and getting worse every day I usually listened to you and I had buy a lot of the supplements that you recommended some works for me other not and sometimes s hard because I really can’t find a really combination that will help me feel better

      You posted your message a while ago. If you're still having issues, what helped with my long covid is amino acids, digestive enzymes, 50 mg zinc, magnesium glycinate, a good multivitamin and minerals.

      @@micaonyx5301 I know I answered you before more about how my declining health issues that your advice I am taking almost everything you said the vitamins B has to be very careful because I don’t why they are always ever the limit even when I am not taking any for that reason I know I needed but I can’t be overloaded either, but I am taking NAC for long time, minerals others vitamins and supplements I am very specific something for my adrenals glands because my cortisol is jumping up and down. I also changed my diet now is low histamine no, gluten, no sugar the most I could do but up to today nothing seems to work out. I am in physical therapy, psychological therapy, acupuncture, I do some exercises daily not very extenuating I try to move when I can some days is a challenge but I do my best. I am very glad that you are doing better it seems you found your formula stick to it. There are some new channels in UA-cam regarding recovering from COVID a lot to do the pain and how they were able to do it mostly finding the way by themselves very interesting and they are very generous to offer any help. It seems there’s a disconnection between the information the brain send to the body and like connecting again it helps a lot it takes time but it works that what is important I hope you think that also can help you to feel better ok
