About 4-5 months ago, I was on a mission against bots. lv9 (The highest at the time) and on a 40m. The first ten minutes were normal; there were no bots after that. There were bases we hadn't touched yet with no bots at them. It was Eriee, but we felt something was glitched, so we decided to clear the map and the missions and just waltz over to extraction. We called it in, and we had 2 minutes to wait. We had 18 reinforcements but lost two to the first ten minutes of fighting. As we were waiting on the pelican to arrive, something changed. With 45 seconds left, that's when the horror came. Bots came from nowhere, all types of units, too. Needless to say, we burned through all 18 reinforcements and failed to extract them. It was scary AF, for a mission to go so smoothly and to be wiped in less than 45 seconds.
