Healthy eating as a vehicle for black and white thinking
Basic nutritional wisdom (aka Gentle Nutrition)as an Intuitive Eating principle
Is identifying with Clean Eating a bad thing? And if it's not, who would benefit from it?
But what if you're addicted to processed foods?
Flag: Do you bring your own food coolers to social events?
Those moderate, peaceful, non-obsessed people. How do they do it??!

Good morning Sarah, good morning Stephanie, another excellent video here, thank you both, so very much!! ~ would really love if you're ever able to interview Dr. Jen Howk on this Podcast. Like both you two Ladies 💐 Dr. Howk is so good at articulating certain things in a way that I wish I could do. You two Ladies have a real gift in putting out videos such as this one which so resonates with me. Thank you both! 🌞

YES-YES, I get that feeling of safety around my "obsession" with clean eating and feel sort of tainted if something other than healthy food is included in my foods, it's why I don't eat out, or accept foods kind people often offer me.

Hello! New listener here. I’m just realizing I may be veering towards orthorexia so this is valuable. Thanks
