@@developerninja619 only I have over 100 amateur fights, it’s clear he anticipates the punch just when he throws he lead right hand either clinched or rolls. That’s just being defense if responsible. Just how Devin Haney when he throw his right hand he rolls as well even if you don’t throw it.
@@wickedfreestyle102 so your saying a fighter can see a punch inches away from you coming 5 mph coming? HELL NO. Yes some of its reflex but he just adjust to his opponent and recognizes patterns and he very defense of responsible, after he punches he always moves and controls his opponent’s. If he sees everything coming he wouldn’t get hit. He just had good distance management and deception and anticipation. It’s crazy for you to say his defense is all reflex and you have to have “good genetics” to do that. That’s just weak minded
Defence Mastery: 1. Improve head movement & reflexes 2. Learn how to position & block punches 3. Improve footwork - essential for movement, your boxing and evasiveness 4. Perfect the lead/jab - speed, control, strength, distance, timing, technique 5. Relax and focus 6. Keep your guard up 7. Work the shoulder roll - months of dedication 8. Watch and learn more from boxing vids/fights - can accustom your style and training and add skills 9. Be aware of your surroundings - where you move and why, reasoning and adjusting in your opponents approach 10. Shadowboxing - perfect most boxing movements through it, improve more with other training
I hope you keeping doing these types of videos, it's the basics yes but those are most important and the most lacking on the internet, especially when its this amount of info on a specific topic, good shit man
Lets try training for 6-8 hours a day or night for 6 times a week for 2 years and see the results. Boxing drills, Heavy Bag works, Calisthenics, Can add some weight lifting in there, Isometrics etc. Just switching up the workouts you do for each day and learn how to balance it but do the Boxing training everyday. I mean shoot, With that kind of training, Can be really great after 2 years.
Facts Floyd is the best at defending but I don't even know much about boxing or watch it a lot. Also was his fight against Manny actually rigged or Manny just got robbed?
I think the best defense is how you position yourself and your footwork. What's the point of knowing the different variations of blocking if you can't even see the punches coming because your opponent is very close. (Feel free to give your own opinions because I myself is not that good at fighting haha)
Tyson Fury in a defensive mastery video? Guy is a hypejob. He gets cracked all the time, knocked down by former cruiserweights and 0-0 debutantes. His whole career is built on cherry picking, mind games, and PED use. His most elite defensive talent is being able to get back up after getting dropped.
WTF? Anytime you soil the legacy of Mohamed Ali, Mike Tyson, and Floyd Mayweather by associating these legendary fighters with a wannabe like Fury is insulting in itself thus making anything you say Dubias and not worthy of any serious attention! Tyson Fury is at best a known glove-stuffing cheat.
typical, bs of a guy who just favouring a white guy who is very clumsy at fighting and never really train the correct way, like many want to be s, that dont work on the body composure , m and being corrected
Floyd’s defense is more anticipation than reflexes he just knows what your going to throw
you're crazy if you think anyone can have reflexes like him , he's just genetically blessed as well, its not more anticipation
The greatest
It's impossilbe to guess what your opponent will throw. He sees everything.
Only guys who never fought would post this.

Good luck. I've been learning online for 1 year now
Training 6-8 hours a day by day 3 your body will have lost its ability to recover😂

Nice! ❤❤ Keep it up , bro
Even Tyson said "Muhammad Ali doesn't have any defense except his agility". Good counterpuncher, but no defense at all.
