Good advice as always .... Would like to see a video on your thoughts & knowledge about walking . How much a person should walk each day ( if necessary ) also the benefits of a daily walk . Thanks
Hey I appreciate all of your positive comments and I hope you know I do read them all! This is a great video idea! I’m adding this to the list and I’m going to be making a video about this! Thanks for the idea and hope I can answer some questions for you!
Man - wish I had seen something like this years ago, when I first started trying to grow my glutes some more; now I see how I was doing the move wrong ( which I had deduced already) and not only that, but was moving 200lbs with each incorrectly positioned leg; I ended up aggravating an old deadlift injury in my back, that started out as a nagging pain deep in one buttock; my spine began feeling as though it would disconnect at times, so much so that a cough or sneeze could trigger the sensation; after rehabbing myself with physical therapy and 4000 mg/day of ibuprofen for about a year ( before discovering the power of ground organic turmeric and black pepper, thank God) I am better, but I try to avoid spine loading exercises.
Thanks for taking the time to watch this one and for commenting! So happy you were able to do the proper rehab and recover hopefully stronger than ever! It’s amazing how technique and form can make the world of the difference! Wishing you the best!
