That I am 76 yrs old, I had done Exercise in my young age but that was with body- building, and Compitation purposes. But sir your demonstration and guidance are not benefishial for old age only but for All aged human body. For healthy and satisfied living your guidance is much more benefishial.---Thanks so many times and obliged!---🌹🌹🌹
