Full Body Postpartum Workout (Barre Toning After Baby) Diastasis Recti Safe

  • Welcome to Day 15 of the New Year Postpartum January Workout Challenge! Today, we are doing a full body postpartum barre workout. I will use a pair of 3lb dumbbells, but feel free to grab cans of beans, filled water bottles, or even do the workout without any weights at all. This workout is also diastasis recti safe.
