    I love all your workouts. I do the HIIT ones with my little boy who loves following you!
    Some of the exercises still feel difficult but I'll be there I think.
    My pelvic floor and abs healed soooo much faster this time. I really think it was thanks to your exercises. The tummy is not flat yet but much better. Thank you!
    It's still hard to even think "I love my body"...I hope I can think it soon...

    This is one of the best workouts that I've ever done. And surprisingly it helped me with my rounded shoulders and back pain. Since I started doing it it's been the best time since I had a baby!     I’ve been exercising with you Jessica during the whole pregnancy, but the postpartum period was very challenging for me to go back to my previous routine. Today I’m starting with the February challenge, and in the end of this video, when I was repeating after you, I cried because of the mixed feelings.     This is probably a silly question but will you explain how to engage the core? I dont know if I am doing right. Also I just had baby number 4 in June. I have heard about pelvic floor exercises with all four babies but never did it because I was nervous I was not doing it right. This month I have found your videos and the videos are SO helpful. I am excited to learn.

      Have the same question. 2 months postpartum, diastasis recti is healed but look 5 months pregnant. This just started about a month ago, I was compelled flat a month ago.

    After my third baby and a tubal operation my core felt so foreign and nonexistent. I’ve been doing this workout every day for about two weeks and it has been the strengthening yet gentle workout I needed, feeling like myself again and less like Danny Devito. Thank you!

    I guess I'm the minority here but after a twin pregnancy on a very small frame I did have diastis recti and some of the workout. Here is something that if I tried to do my back muscles. Will compensate for my week core muscles which will cause me backache afterwards. It's pretty much the same exercises I've done in Pilatus which I took for one year but because it gave me terrible back pain that I had to cut it off. I've read the other feedback. I guess people didn't have it that bad so they're able to do it but I appreciate it. Maybe I need something different

    I am 5 months post partum ( I actively did yoga and Pilates throughout pregnancy) and I haven’t worked out since my delivery. ( It was a c sec) Can I start with this? And how do it know if I have diastatis recti?

      After you get clearance for postpartum exercises (usually 4-6 weeks after an uncomplicated vaginal birth) Start with the modifications and then advance as you feel stronger 💞

    Those first part side exefcises targeted my biggest insecurity: the hip dips. Ik they cant be filled by workouts but its never bad when the muscules are toned ❤️
