I know it is not a big thing for many people, but for me, it is. I have been working out for 2,5 years now and somehow I always have struggled with bicycle crunches. Today, first time ever, I managed to do all 3 sets of them without dropping my legs. I'll take it as a victory of today :") thank you for all the amazing workouts, Heather!

this was SO GOOD. just recently discovered what a "man maker" is and its my ultimate go to compound conditioning excercise right now. LOVE burpee variations
Most intensive exercise I have done in a while. So good to get all the engines firing and this one will certainly justify a rest day tomorrow. Thank you! This was amazing.

For anyone struggling!!!! : Try the most you can. Then when you reach a point where you feel “I cannot anymore” then tell yourself “just one more” and you finish before you know it And if that fails then slow your movement or drop the weight and speed up or drop the weight and slow down JUST DONT STOP MOVING If you finish the video, even slowed and struggling then you will FEEL success and next time, you REMEMBER success above all else Lastly, it’s hard. It is. But all things worth it are. You got this

Of late I have been trying ten to 20 min workout as I am also walking outdoors. This morning I was attracted to the best and perfect workout with Heather. This 36 min video helped me sweat physically, get inspired with joy emotionally and I am heading with a clear state of mind mentally to run the rest of my day. You cannot ask more.

I love HR! I do her workouts almost every day. I like this one but I am not a fan of doing 3 rounds of the same set I get tired and lazy by the third round. Also the music needs to be more upbeat and motivating, I find it slow in most of her videos. Love you HR!
