I have to say something important. This is the first home workout video I’ve finished start to end. Other videos have always made me feel tired, unmotivated. Caroline sets it up so you can maintain your endurance while still pushing yourself to the limit. This is the kind of workout people need if you want to get back into fitness. Also when she smiles and raises her thumb up to the camera it gives me such a boost of confidence. Love this woman!!!!
I literally didn't think I would do the entire hour, but I did and the satisfaction of having done it feels incredible! Will definitely be trying more workouts like this.

Hello Sohib! So glad you like this workout! If you ever come across a movement that involves jumping, such as squat jumps, even do squats... same with lunge jumps, try lunges.... you will still get a great workout in the thighs! Cx

I love this woman. Her upper body strength never fails to amaze me. Those leg over planks were a disaster for me but I’ll keep working at them. At this point, Caroline’s videos are the ONLY ones I use. I trust she always will come through will a killer workout and I don’t have to stop halfway through abs go searching for a different video. She trains hard enough to replace gym day and that’s hard to find online. Thank you for the videos! I subscribed and I look forward to new videos from you.

I survived. Had to modify some moves in the second half but got it done. Thanks Caroline. For those of you who don't have an hour or don't think you can handle an hour, do the first 30 minutes. Still a great workout. Do your own warm up cool down stretch. The second half is a repeat of the first half.
Perfect for an active rest day during any of Caroline’s other series! Not super intense, yet a slow burning muscle and strength building routine. Had to pause a few times during the arms portion…and those skullcrushers are tough! I managed a few, happy with my progress. 😃

It seems really long when you start but once you get into the exercises the time flies by. Upper body section the hardest...but you did warn us! This is a good workout! I liked that she didn't talk and the music was upbeat. It moved along and was quite a challenge. I also appreciated the alternate versions of exercises that were shown. I have a weak shoulder due to a bicycling injury/surgery, so I skipped a couple of the upper body exercises. Overall, I enjoyed it and have subscribed to her channel.

Yesterday, I did this workout and I only finished half of it. Tried this again today and Im so happy that i finished the whole workout. I will surely do this again tomorrow. My whole body is burning.

I added weights to certain exercises. I crave challenging workouts 😖 it’s hard to just do bodyweight unless it’s my arms (I’m still building strength there). I’m loving your workouts and have subscribed 🤩

Worked out 20mins with her yesterday, 🤒, I can't feel ma legs, every where hurts. Tried again today, still 20mins, mmmm, slightly better, still painful. Going all tha way GOD willing 🏋♀️
