Nice job bro I was my self stuck one time GF called me she was at super market and I had this alarm installed by profesonals I didn’t know much about it and I went over and understood the alarm wasent letting car start so I called the people that installed it for me and they told me to tow the car over SMH 🤦♂️ then I did some research and tried this and then made a video at my shop worked great helps hell of people with this issue but anyways good job!!!

@@chriscasales12 well with my system I went under dash follow the wiring from the flashing light once u find the box disconnect all the connect with big fat red and black wires that should disable it if u wanna completely take it out then u got to fix up the spliced wires that’s somthing I rather let the work shop do but try disconnect I did that and it’s bee shut down car starts normal

can confirm works in any car with a viper alarm just have the doors closed and locked

What are you talking about? Awesome save!!! It was 0130 and I wanted to go home to sleep. I was in a parking structure with the alarm going off at the end of my shift.
Luckily, you placed this video and I was able to get home that morning.
The problem I have now is that my alarm doesn't since I did that and I've been without an alarm.
It's a Viper 3305V. Do you know how I can enable it to work again? I have gone through the instructions and what created my problem it's called code hopping but it does not say how to enable it again. Apparently, when I was having the problem I was just supposed to push the lock button several times to resinc the transmitter but I didn't know that then.

My 07 Honda accord has a honda key with a alarm and there is a viper alarm. I put a new battery in the viper alarm and now the auto start works and the alarm wont shut off while driving. I had to take the cables off the battery to see if the alarm will shut off and it won't. I don't think I need 2 alarms. I had to park the car because I can't drive the car with the alarm making the noise as I'm driving. Do you think this will disconnect the viper alarm completely and I can just use the Honda key alarm? I know this was a lot LOL. This video was very helpful.
Yes u can disconnect the box I did that on this car after disabling u can pull the connector of the box that’s under the dash it had thick cables in one connector with red and black wire that should shut it off completely

I did this. Only found one under dash but know there are 2. Alarm stopped but now cant start car.
I could start it before I did this but alarm was clicking and flashing.
This shouldn’t had caused car not to start it’s just balle switch

This viper alarm was put on in 1993 when I bought my car.
@@RBTheMechanicok. My boyfriend got it started after putting the hood down but alarm started clicking and dash lights flashing again. He touched one of the buttons and it stopped.

That button I can’t find in our Chevy Taho. If that button is not there, is that the only way to disable the Viper Alarm?
If u got same type of alarm u can find the box and disconnect the wiring off the box that should also cut it off

Currently having the same problem with my G37, It’s a push start and it just wouldn’t turn over only my interior lights turn on like in the video. Had to leave it at my local target parking lot, going to go back in a bit and see if this works lol 🤞🏽
Leo Martin yeah try this and if it don’t work u can also unplug the box that should shut it down
RB The Mechanic your method didn’t work I just disconnected a random connection under my car footwell and connected it back and it worked, do you know what makes it lock up like that? It’s the second time it does it, Got it professionally installed by geek squad last November

Leo Martin I’m not very technical on these but I have had new cars with issues diff diff models try looking for the box the moduel box disconnect the connect with fat cables which is the power source and see what happnes don’t disconnect other connects because they do let wiring but pass
My son has a 2002 Toyota Sequoia with an old Viper system installed. The remote is a piece of garbage, does not work.. Anyway, his car battery went dead. I pulled it, replaced it, and cannot get the thing to start, the alarm is engaged, can't bypass it. I pulled the lower panel off of the steering column, I searched everywhere, I do not see ANY push button or toggle switch at all, anywhere. Any suggestions, tips ???
I just want to completely permanently disarm the darn thing... and get it ti start, run !

Battery went dead and I had too open door with key now if I put Battery cable or jumpers on the alarm go's off with any juice ???
Stock alarm? U can put the key in door turn it right left and it will shut off I think it will do same for after marker … after marker u gotta find the switch and do the process

I don’t have the information but very old from 2005-2006
In my case the blue light doesn't blink. The car simply won't start. I have to press the valet switch again and again until it crank. Will try ypur method or worse I will remove the alarm system completely. Great vid tho

REYNOLD RG Familia find the box disconnect the connectors I did that on another car that kept acting up and it took care of the problem

Sarika Bhumi thats so funny because I was thinking the same thing! Unfortunately mine turned out the brain is bad , was intermittently not disarming , I almost ordered a new remote and or antenna which is expensive ! When my Smart Start wasn’t working I knew it couldn’t be either of those ... so I had to tear apart my dash to find the brain and disconnect it. Thank goodness I was home, I cut the siren wires so my neighbors all wouldn’t think I’m trying to steal my own car! With that said i was so pissed at the time & like dam , I’ll take my chances with a thief!

Lol Noo this mode only works with key u still need the key it’s when ur alarm is messed up or ur controller broke or battery died u cannot steal a car without key regardless

i have a viper alarm installed in 2005 on my 2001 vw jetta , i put every possible option on it, motion sensor, glass break, tilt, backup batter, louder siren
but now when i put in a new battery , there is no clicking , no cranking nothing
the old battery was dead for 6 weeks

I got the 5906v I want to remove it from valet mode it’s not removing like I used to do it before ignition forward once back and push the antenna button once parking lights blink nine times then it’s out of valet mode ….and it’s not doing that it’s stuck in valet please help

Our '99 Chevy Astro isn't even beeping when we try the ignition. I'm fairly certain that the alarm was preventing it from starting at some point but is it possible that the alarm drained the battery or fried the electronics? Nothing works, not acc, not locks or windows. So confused. Certain the inital problem was the alarm,though, that much I do know.

I J you can try looking u see the dash it’s usually in that area even if u find the viper box u can disconnect that it should take care of the problem defiantly look u see there

Not sure but check ur connections for module also there’s starter relay this need to be physically checked how ever it can be just regular starting problem might not have anything to do with alarm system.

Imana Simmons If u do it the way I show in the video you will have to disable it every time you get in the car but if you can locate the viper module it should be under the dash area and u can pull out all the connectors that will disable it permanently just try to follow the wires and u can track it down. TRY LOCATED THE VIPER MODUEL AND DISCONNECT ALL THE CONNECTROS FROM IT THAT WILL SHUT IT DOWN

At the top i have a box which blinks blue when the security alarm in set there is a button on there but it's not working for me. I just want to break it off somehow but I'm completely lost at where I should disconnect it.
My key works to disable the alarm but it still won't allow me to start it.
Dre Steele just look for the viper alarm box u will wind it down by the brake peddle area look around with flashlight you will see a hidden box with maybe mesh of wires with maybe black taped up wires and once u find the box disconnect the big main connector it will disable the alarm completely just give it good effort to find the box. You can even follow the blue light wires
CHECK FOR THE BY PASS RELAY THERE IS A RELAY THAT CONNECTOS TO THE IGNITION WIRE SOME TIMES THAT GOES BAD EVEN IF YOU ALARM IS WORKING THE BAD RELAY WILL NOT START THE CAR

Mine is in a 1999 Honda Accord. My valet button was put in the coin holder under the cruise control button. At first I didn’t know what the button was for then found out everything I needed from previous owner and found it online and the features. I don’t use my alarm but at least it’s there if I decide to use it.

I have a stick shift. I was installing HID and then my truck won't start i checked relays and they're good. Will this work if it happened to trigger it to go into theft mode. Viper alarm 7145V is the model. Not remote start.

Jesus Christ not sure about that one but try it but u can find the model box u see neath unplug all the connector and it should disable it. Also try jump starting the car some time battery goes low if u been working on it
