    Hello, thank you very much.
    According to my understanding, the entire injured body is one unit. There is no separation. My method is circular movements thousands of times until the tension of the head, neck, arms, legs, back is released, all circular movements thousands of times.

    I really like this excercises I'm finished in strengthening my shoulders and elbow need to relieve the stiffness and espacity 😅

    Why stiffness is increasing during healing period in ischemic stroke patient. Please give me answer about 4 month completed and many time myother has stiffness even we do therapy 3 to 4 times a day
