I'm a retired MD, and I used to get called out by my colleagues for telling patients to IMMEDIATELY stop taking antibiotics after they start feeling better, even it was just 1-2 days. And yes my reasoning was to preserve the gut flora. I have NEVER had a patient tell me they didn't recover because they stopped their antibiotics.

Toward the end of my father's life, he would frequently throw up right after eating. I figured out that he would never vomit if he had a couple bites of sauerkraut before he ate. He didn't have to eat an entire serving, just a little bit. This explains so much about digestion.

Been on healthy Keto and Carnivor for almost 5 years now.
Last year I was hospitalized by force in a mental hospital which was worse than prison!
After that I had bloating almost for eating anything other than eggs and beef.
I recently starred prolonged fasting again and added our traditional Pickles back to my diet and drank apple cider vinegar almost daily.
Now even after I eat my homemade cake which is super pro inflammatory, I don't have 80% as much bloating as I used to.

leaving antibiotics half way, only to increase resistance of that bacteria that would ultimately stop responding to that antibiotic.

After decades of chronic health issues and dealing with so-called "experts" who seem to think everybody is exactly the same(as if we were all programs/robots), then wanting to remove body parts when their pills don't work, it's very refreshing to hear you say that. I completely agree with you and can confirm from my own experience how harmful antibiotics can be. Unfortunately, in June, I had an ear infection and was prescribed antibiotics; they told me to finish the entire course. However, in July, the infection returned in an even more severe form, and I had to go to the emergeny. They gave me antibiotics again, but this time a different type than before. The treatment helped, but it was far from harmless. No one warned me that it would be good to take probiotics alongside antibiotics.
For months, I’ve been trying to figure out why I feel so drained of energy. To make matters worse, I experienced my first-ever epileptic seizure after this, which has further worsened my overall well-being. I eat very healthily, with lots of vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts, and a little meat only when my body craves it or needs it.
The first step I’m planning to take is to reintroduce kefir into my diet, as I used to make it at home (buying kefir grains), and it made me feel fantastic. I can confirm it’s probably the best natural probiotic out there. Thank you, Dr. Berg, and I’ll report back in some time with the results. Greetings from Slovenia!

Be careful because You still NEED probiotics/prebiotics and postbiotics for your gut to stabilized. You can’t find these in meats, but aged cheese have these. Also make sure your liver, and gallbladder are healthy. You need to diversify your microbes, and not just from meats. Oh, Try grass fed kefir because it has soo much good bacteria that your guts needs.

Stress completely alters your gut microbiome, no matter how many probiotics you take if you dont have a better relationship with stress your gut is never gonna heal and function optimally. Just a fun fact, stress its the main culprit of IBS so you can have an idea how much of a big deal were talking here lol

Maltodextrin is highly processed and typically made from gmo corn.
      GMO’s destroy the gut.
I had thought that cane sugar was a safe bet in food products but was shocked to find out years ago that they spray sugar cane with glyphosate as a desiccate.
      Glyphosate also destroys the gut.

Once or twice a week I wake up with a severe gut and ache all the way up into my chest constantly. Then about every five minutes I'll have an even sharper pain going up my chest for about thirty seconds then goes back to the consistent pain that last all day. I watched a show where they had to rescue a guy with the same problem and took him to the hospital. He said it happened before, the doctors diagnosed him with where the kidneys or bladder is eating the muscle, something weird and said nothing about the stomach. I've never done any antibiotics, but I did discover that apple cider vinegar expels gas, and found out I have to take it every day and not stop when I start feeling better. Thanks Doc
