Using the the water bottle with measurements really helped. The turbinado sugar makes your simple syrup look very appetizing. I'm digressing but you mentioned that it was very hot there. Do you have any tips on how to stay cool enough to be as active as you are outdoors? I live in nyc and the summer months are oppressively humid.
