I had one of these volunteer (🤯) in my zone 5 garden!! Looking forward to trying to getting some cuttings to grow in the house over the winter and try keeping them in containers outside - indoor/outdoor Chaya! Looking for recipes so, thanks!
I love the cooking content to the camera person shift focus better it's a little blurry but besides that I love the channel enjoy you guys and enjoy your place
First I want to say I love your energy!! And this dish looks amazing minus the fish oil . Me and my daughter don’t eat fish but you told me last time the fish oil is at our taste . We don’t need to use it. But now question we usually only see one type of spinach (and it shrinks so much me and my daughter have eating a whole container of it . Where do you get this type of spinach . Your husband must be a happy man they say a good cook makes a good marriage lol you food always looks amazing. How is your restaurant idea coming along? Well god bless all 4 of you!!
Thank you, Patricia! I got my husband by the stomach... The restaurant has a few esthetic things left to be done. We're pretty much ready, but still waiting on the last set of permits. We're patient. Stay safe!
Isn't it bad to cook in metal pots? 🤔 I read it is best to cook in ceramic pots or glass containers in microwave to prevent poison toxins that cause diarrhea.
Thank you for posting your recipe. You come across like a very nice person but you really need a camera person that knows some techniques. Your video can be so much more watchable (lessons). Good luck!

Danger: Never use aluminum pots to cook this plant (cyanide)!!! From the Florida Keys.
How can I get a small plant please? I am in UK. Thank you
💚🌱
When will you publish a video?
Where can I buy the seeds? I can't find the seeds anywhere online...
There are no seeds. You have to get cuttings. Make sure you cook the leaves for 15 minutes else its toxic.
Are papaya leaves the same as chaya leaves?
No, the chaya is a different plant.
no, but they look very similar (or some types do). I think must be same family as the trunk of chaya is also fibrous and not woody
i eat its leaves fresh or raw; i boil then use it as tea drink; and as vege ingredient to my mongo recipe
Can someone send me a cutting in London UK please?
