About the symbiote, in other media, the suit makes Peter pure evil, or conflicted. In the comics however, it’s different, because the suit doesn’t make Peter angry or being a dick, given the fact that he was a dick and hotheaded before getting the black suit, it just simply makes him stronger, the symbiote is misunderstood, not evil. It became angry at Peter for removing it, in a forceful manner and went straight up to Eddie, who hates Spider-Man whereas the symbiote hates Peter, and it knows Peter’s identity.
