Had to come back and show love. The valve cap was causing the washer to drain improperly. I couldn't have done it without your tutorial. I appreciate you.

Thank you so very much!!! After the washer not draining, I couldn't find any warranty info and I really couldn't afford to hire someone to fix it. I am a 42yo women and fixed my own machine! The valve inside broke, and caused my obstruction. I removed it, and it's working great now! Thanks again and again!

I was able to fix my washer by watching your video. Normally my husband does all the house fixing stuff, but he’s on 3rd so I did figured WTH worst that can happen is we need a new drain pump. So I got my tools my headlamp and went to work with your video. Found a Brad nail in the with the fan blades. Thank goodness it just got stuck there bc the blades weren’t broken or anything. Was able to get my husbands work clothes washed before he had to go to work, thank you very much for this wasn’t fallow cix 🥰

Thank you, I searched for what seemed like two hours to find a video of a top loader and not the front loader version of this washer. There was what looks like some type of pad that my wife or daughters might use to clean off makeup stuck in the drain hose at the pump. Once I had your video to show me where things were and how to access them I had it fixed in ten minutes. Much appreciated.

I fixed it in about 30 seconds by using my shop-vac to blow air into the drain tube (I first tried to use suction but that didn't help at all), that stupid flapper was not not allowing it to drain. I wouldn't have known about the stupid check valve issue without your video. Thanks a lot!

You saved the day! I can only assume My issue was a check valve. I didn't see any debris or obstructions on either inlet or outlet at the pump. Check valve ripped off very easily. Put the hoses back together. Fired up rent spin or whatever the setting is that will drain. Pump fired up and started draining right away. Thank you so much for this helpful video.

I used a standard floor jack to elevate the back corner. Then bailed out enough water to where it wouldn't continue draining after the hoses emptied out. Got a little water on the floor. But it cleaned up easily with a couple hand towels that I can now wash in my now functional washing machine.

My mom bought a Samsung washing machine on my advice, I told her that they are the best and she called me yesterday that the function no longer works, it stays in rinse and it doesn't get the water out, it makes a subtraction sound but the water stays in the drum, the worst thing is. Everything is that my mom has not even paid the first installment for the washing machine and it is already failing, very sad, very disappointing.

Ran the first "test" wash through the machine. Everything went fine up until it was time for the rinse cycle to drain the water out of the tub. The wash cycle drained the water just fine; however, the rinse cycle did not drain at all... I am literally left with a machine full of water & the machine just shut off after it was finished. But without the rinse cycle water being drained. What did I do wrong?

Troubleshooting why mine(same model) won't fill up. When I start a wash cycle, the drain pump kicks on and starts to drain instead of filling. I've checked the screens in hose panel. I'm only getting water from the button on the right side of the detergent compartment. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks

If the Drain Pump Starts and Does Not Stop, this Means that it is still detecting water. Check The Drain Pump to make sure it is not clogged or Broken. If when you press start, It Starts to Drain but a couple of minutes later it starts to try to fill, You need to check your water valve.

I have water flow only if I push the water button in the tub on the right side of detergent tray. It will drain. The pump stays on for 10 seconds, very loud, then shuts off and will not start or change wash selection. No response from selector or buttons. I have to turn off then on to reset. No error codes.I will remove pump and check for blockage. Thanks

I have this same washer that was given to me from a family member but it doesn’t spin. Where is the belt?

Your details worked perfectly for me! My Samsung is a different model but was exactly the same. Thanks!
My issue was a small nail must have been in a pocket, which jammed the pump.
TIP for others: The inside edge of the back washer is sharp. I’d recommend wearing gloves or using extreme caution while disconnecting tho gs.

I have had this washer for 2 years. It is absolutely the worse washing machine in the world. Not emptying, clothes too wet, cleaning, take 3 times longer to do a load, my neighbors complaing that it wants to connect to their phone. Don't buy it!
