I just call it fried rice. Day old rice (sticky or Basmati), fry it up in a pan and add any types of meat, veggies, and spices you want. Add a little soy sauce for colour. Home cooking is best but it is nice to know that if you are in a pinch and want to eat a quick cook frozen meal you can get an honest opinion of various prepared food from Larry. I had Chinese food for lunch yesterday but after seeing this video I am hungry again for some Chinese food. :-)

At the store I work at, the biggest seller of P.F Chang's by far is the Sweet & Sour Chicken. If I was going to try one, It'll probably be that one.
