  • Sit tall, with your feet 3-4 ft apart, knees bent, holding a manageable. Turn both hips to the right, reaching for the floor with your knees. Make sure your feet are wide enough for your trailing knee to stay behind your lead foot. Drive both knees into the ground, rise up and push your hips forward, sweep your back leg around, place your foot on the floor, square off and lunge up to standing. Return to the floor in reverse order with control. Repeat side to side.
