its actually faster when you do the breaststroke kick aka whip kick (feet wider than knees) but shes doing froggy kick so she needs to use more muscle power to move
@@speedygonzales9993 It is more relaxing to perform the stroke this way and it is actually breaststroke. For you it may not seem ussual or even correct but for others they may have been taught to swim this way for years.

Almost useless if swimming in ocean and there is a current. You will go absolutely nowhere. Learn the full sidestroke w scissor kick.

@@bharkbh Sticking one's head at that angle ALL the time will place quite a stress on one's neck.
