      Not only Theo that broke the ice. It was Theo that forced Joe's hand. Theo was getting too influential, too big. Threatened Joe's podcasting crown.
      Then those jokers at Flagrant had Trump on, and Joe was starting to look irrelevant.

    I'm 70 and never listened to podcasts until these two gentlemen started the conversations with Trump and Vance. I enjoyed Theo and J D the most, laughing like I was in the room. I am now a fan of Joe and Theo! Thanks to all!

    I think part of JD’s duties should be to make the podcast circuit every 6 months or so and let the people know directly what’s going on in the administration. He is extremely good at it and I for one would like to get updates straight from him rather than filtered through the legacy media.

    I honestly don't know how anyone could possibly dislike Theo. He is as genuine a person as you could meet. There is no pretence, he never acts like he knows more than he does, he wants to learn, he takes a genuine interest in people. Such a nice, chill dude.

    Dude I would bet the Theo / Trump podcast legitimately changed some minds on Trump. Ive watched a bunch of the Trump podcasts. Like everyone but two stood out as points where Trump broke political character and actually showed a lot of who he is. Theo and Rogan both did that.

      Phony people are afraid of doing interviews with guys like Theo, more than even Rogan or Dillon. It's a risk. You don't know what's gonna come out of his mouth.
      But if you don't like unscripted interviews, and feel safer with places like 60 Minutes or guys like Stefanopolous, then Rogan or Theo are guys to avoid.
      It really shows you how bullshit TV is and has been for years.

    I wish he had given trump a bit more room to talk about the lincoln bedroom, Joe interrupted him twice before Trump realized that was his queue to move things along, but he didn't get offended at all. In relation to how Theo mentioned he wanted to see more human moments that was really one of them. His reverence and admiration he felt for Lincoln made it almost surreal walking into that bedroom, like he was meeting one of his heros.

    I have been to The White House back in 1998 when they still did tours. The Lincoln bedroom has a very strong spiritual presence that you can feel even by just looking in the doorway. So when Trump talked about it, I totally knew what he meant. It is very hard to put into words. My entire family felt it. Was a really cool experience. When we waited in line, a Secret Service Agent pulled a post card out of his pocket and gave it to me. It has a picture of the Clinton's cat, Sox, on it. I was a kid and thought that was the coolest shit ever. 😂

      @@rickl5596lmao what? There were a lot of so called undecideds who ended up flipping to Trump, and these podcasts played a role. Not a specific one, but a lot of young people particularly men are turning to these outlets for information because they either “too young to watch the news” or just think all news is corrupt/pushing a narrative so they’d rather look for alternative sources of information. I myself was leaning towards Kamala because I didn’t think Trump should run again, and then after hearing both him and Vance in particular on Rogan I decided to vote for him.

      they gave softball questions in what was probably the most important interviews of their lives. they failed the country and the world. Btw I love Theo and don't hold it against him but Joe literally said previously he didn't have the expertise to interview someone like trump who lies at an astonishing rate and that's his fucking problem that he didn't have the knowhow to combat his lies (i.e him saying he never said Lock her up, he is on video saying this)
