@Wormy_fren Her house was already at risk being defiled and mocked. Look at Seraph. Look at Deep. Her Fallen only existed as meat shields to be turned scorn once they die. She was already witnessing Fallen she was friends with turned into mindless scorn. She then defied The Witness running away to Riis, ultimately leaving her fallen to The Witness and Xivu Arath. I still firmly believe it would've been better if she rebelled in the shadows, like when she warned Mithrax, actively sabotaging things from the shadows. Maybe even taking most of her forces with her to Riis or something idk. And yes, I would fight against The Witness in ways I can. The Witness was screwing over her house, and her people she preaches about unification of her race, so she shouldn't be okay with them becoming wrathborne and scorn. Although there are only three "Episodes" that are touched by Echoes, remember, MORE than three left the Traveler, and WHO KNOWS where they went?? Maybe one got as far as Riis??
I feel the only way a good redemption arc with Eramis would be in the revenant episode. Her working alongside mithrax and Eido to stop Fikrul or at least become an ally and try and reason with Fikrul to stand down with the echo of corruption.
Ultimately I think Eramis absolutely is capable of and worthy of redemption. Getting her to admit it to others, and most of all herself, will be the hard part, but hopefully that's where Athrys comes into play. Eramis embracing Darkness isn't really a problem given all that's happened, she abandoned the Witness of her own volition long before it would have become opportune to do so, and a more united Eliksni people is something that just about anyone should be able to get behind. I also wonder if Fikrul might find some measure of redemption as well. It probably could never be as friendly and cooperative as I hope things would be with Eramis, but Fikrul does look out for his Scorn first before engaging in other shenanigans. Freeing whatever Scorn are still under the control of remnant Witness-aligned forces and letting Fikrul take them to the stars to find their own new path in life wouldn't be a bad end to Fikrul's story. And I probably say it every time Eido gets mentioned, but she's such an absolute sweetheart that she must be protected at all costs. You'd think that enemies would be aware of The Guardian's general BDE and friendly relationship with Misraaks and Eido, and thus choose to leave her alone, but the enemies of the Sol Alliance often let their hubris make poor decisions...because if Fikrul chooses violence against Eido instead of freedom for the Scorn, we may finally find a way to keep him from coming back from death and have fun doing so.
If Eramis comes back, Bungie either needs to redeem her or kill her off. Heck, she doesn't even need to become our ally, she could just become neutral. But if she's a still a villain and gets away *again*, it's just going to be a waste of time for everyone involved.
Imagine if during Revenant, we find out that Fikrul and his group got the jump on eramis while she was trying to flee the system and killed her before he got his hands on the echo, and we see what’s left of her as a scorn. Honestly, i doubt it. She’s probably already out of the system already

Calling it now, Eramis’ lover will be found to be turned into a scorn in Episode Revenant and she will be redeemed by taking on her lover and going down together
I won't trust Eramis, but I won't be outright hostile towards her either, if she does reappear. It wouldn't be the first time we've made allies out of enemies.
Why does everyone in this story need a redemption? The writing is so black and white, I wish their where more grey characters that did horrible things whilst also being relatable.
Eramis’ closest act to rebellion was not harassing us while the Witness was the Traveler; she has done nothing to earn redemption yet. Being a willing puppet to the big bad is still making a choice.
@@mojtaba3334 so real, ever since Eramis killed Rasputin and had that sword fight with Mithrax I have just been begging on my knees for her to die already.
Eido is my guess gonna die this year. She is too naive for a post Witness D2. No longer are the bad guys under a thumb to meet a single vision. A lot of dumb, violent, and evil folk off the leash now, who would do something stupid, like kill her to create a stir, like a Scorn warlord that wants to just burn the system down.
You know I’d normally say something like I’d rather throw myself into a pit of hungry thrall than work with eramis but knowing how the story ends up being every time it’s going to happen one way or another
Personally i hope Eramis NEVER returns and NEVER gains redemption.... She is the direct reason my boy Rasputin is dead and i am no longer his Seraph... so she can burn for eternity for all i care...
The only good way to utilize Eramis's character at this point would be to bring her back for some conflict just to give her a heroic sacrifice in order to off her. Personally that thing does not deserve redemption after its involvement in Rasputin's death and all the other pain and misery it wrought on Sol. Hell... Eramis dying would be a mercy for it at this point.
What if she sacrifices herself, is redeemed and then reborn in the Light, but Mithrax succumbs to Nezeracs Curse and Fikrul raises him as a Scorn? Wouldn’t that be a twist
@@themediocrethor we really need guardians of other species, can I imagine doing the tutorial as a Eliksni? Or a Cabal? Or even a Lucent Hive? That would be so cool
Always thought defiance would've been cooler if it had set Crow on a revenge quest against Eramis to mirror ours against him but the problem surrounding anything related to Eramis is that she's just not interesting at all
No. Eramis literally cannot be redeemed. She directly caused Rasputin's death, which has undoubtedly led to other Guardian and Coalition deaths as a result of lacking his support. She chose the side of the very entity that orchestrated Riis's destruction. Shes a traitor to her own people. There is no redemption. A heroic sacrifice might give her a decent send-off, but she can't ever be forgiven for the blood on her hands.
He died to stop Xivu not eramis, eramis wanted to assault the traveler not the last city/earth the witness and Xivu were the true players behind season of the seraph
Guardians have also been systematically killing Fallen, their various leaders, and destroying their various weapons and equipment. It’s a War, and while they may have started it by coming to our system, they are still taking casualties and suffering as well. If she decides to become an ally there should absolutely be a path to redemption for her. Don’t forget also that SIVA was directed by Rasputin, which caused the deaths of most of the Iron Lords. He has blood on his hands as well.
@@schylerlongwell5424 Except assaulting the traveler with the warsats would have undoubtedly led to humanity's destruction and victory for the Witness. Eramis did what she did knowing that the result would essentially be genocide.
He died so that Eramis couldn’t use his weapons against the traveler. Xivu Aurath wouldn’t have been able to invade Earth as long as we didn’t use his weapons.

That'd be wild, not gonna lie.
We won’t see her till Frontiers
Her only true redemption would come at her expense, her sacrifice
I want everyone to know this: you look fantastic today, your awesome, lore daddy loves your support and oh yeah.... you just lost the game!!!
Also good video Lore daddy keep em coming 😘
Calling it now, Eramis’ lover will be found to be turned into a scorn in Episode Revenant and she will be redeemed by taking on her lover and going down together
Just to be lil troll and old times sake, Eramis is basically Female-Skolas and if he survives.
You should make another channel and make lore videos about single player game like up coming black myth wukong
I won't trust Eramis, but I won't be outright hostile towards her either, if she does reappear. It wouldn't be the first time we've made allies out of enemies.
Has Mara lifted the bounty on Spider?
People hate on the pirate season, but I thought the story was fantastic. Is there any chance Eido could be one of Eramis’ hatchlings?
Why does everyone in this story need a redemption? The writing is so black and white, I wish their where more grey characters that did horrible things whilst also being relatable.
I think that Eido has earned the right to try to redeem Eramis. Whether or not she succeeds… that’s up to Eramis.
No. Let her fade away like she wants so a hopefully more interesting character can do something.
Imagine Eramis dies and gets revived but by the Fanatic.
Eramis’ closest act to rebellion was not harassing us while the Witness was the Traveler; she has done nothing to earn redemption yet. Being a willing puppet to the big bad is still making a choice.
Eido for Warlock Vanguard 2025
Honestly house light should have been called house redemption, house light just sounds awful
i mean if we break it down, Eramis hasnt done anything THAT bad.
"is redemption possible?" redemption is always possible. fill your heart with love
I'm so done with this storyline, just f Eramis
Comment for the algo!
We know from the leaks that Eramis is returning properly.
Who is EKS-443? I’m having trouble even guessing who it could be.
I believe Eramis can be redeemed, it's not going to be easy, but it's doable...
Here to stop children from saying first
Eramis doesn't deserve redemption. She chose her hill; now she just needs to die on it. 😤
Yeah she was willing to basically genocide humanity by firing the warsats at the traveler/last city. You don't get redemption after that.
Eramis, Kell of House Salvation, fails to "salvate" anything, and instead is maybe "salvated" by a child. Well, well, well, how the turn tables.
Always thought defiance would've been cooler if it had set Crow on a revenge quest against Eramis to mirror ours against him but the problem surrounding anything related to Eramis is that she's just not interesting at all
The soft Bungie way makes this an easy riddle to solve. The woke agenda has determined Eramis fate.
@@Hawkeye83627 Don't forget the attempted genocide with the warsats during the end of the season of the seraph.
People blaming eramis for big reds death like he didn't die to stop Xivu's invasion
He died so that Eramis couldn’t use his weapons against the traveler. Xivu Aurath wouldn’t have been able to invade Earth as long as we didn’t use his weapons.
I know that you streamers don’t like what Pete has done with all the layoffs. And I know you’ve all tied your financial future to the game, however think about this. Continuing to promote the game for him for free? Nothing will change until folks like you guys help hold the company responsible. Continuing to make videos, just enables his behavior. You guys are part of the problem. Wish you well, peace out.

Eido has the possibility of becoming the most annoying Destiny character if this is true
