Thanks, I believe this helped me. I got a 96 Dodge 3500 5.9 the right turn signal doesn't flash. I couldn't figure out how to get that cover off, and now I can see it's those screws on the side. I believe you said a T25 screws. I got a truck camper on the bed, and it doesn't come off so easy, but I can get to it from the inside.... sort of.
It’s unlikely that both reverse light bulbs would be out at the same time. But I would check that first just because they’re so easy to get to. I would then check any applicable fuses. I researched a bit on your reverse light problem, and found that some Dodge Ram owners have issues with their neutral/backup light switch. I don’t guarantee this is your problem, but I would check into this if all else fails.
