Man honestly I like the originals over these. They look a bit cheap. But we’ll see how they look being color matched. Keep up the good work tho!
I had a pair like those on my old truck, after about 6 months, some of the leds went out. I think a nice set of clear taillights with the surround color matched, would look good on your truck
Gonna have to order those for my 2nd gen v10. I’d definitely paint the surrounds to match.
I would have kept it OEM, sanded and polished. Just my opinion, you do you Jon. I still love your videos!

If you use a EP 27 electronic flasher you will not need to use any of the load equalizer and you won't have a hyper flash
You're going to have to paint the truck. You've got all those shiny new lights and you'll have a new dash and interior parts. Might as well make the truck look like new.
I 100% would paint the outer portion white
Black housings and clear lens would be ideal. But looks good.

Looks awesome. So there's no need for an inline resistor etc for the third brake light? I've seen some that say they stay on all the time like at 5% dim.
Looks like the 3rd brake light runs off the driver tail light. When I had the driver tail unplugged the 3rd brake led came on but as soon as I plugged it in the 3rd brake went off as normal 👍
@@BoostedMotorsports Something about driver side telling the tale, even with I swapped my tails to LED, I didn't get the hyper-flash until I plugged the driver bulb in.

Don't do that patina crap to the truck...in my opinion it's the dumbest thing people do....all it says is your cheaping out and I am not the only person saying it... just my opinion light's look great definitely need to be paint matched........ being all black they stick out like an erection in gym pants....body color definitely!
