    “I am not going to do much for the inside of the vehicle” - continues to create an interior style any rebel designer would have donated their left arm to come up with 😂 Another awesome painting video from you, Sorastro. So great to see your transformation of the vehicle from grey to great! 🤩🤩

    Tamiya makes a wonderful panel liner product in various blacks/browns that makes quick work of...well...panel lines. Have you considered doing videos for new airbrush users? I tried to finish my engines using an airbrush I got for Christmas, and it came out ok for my 1st time, but I'm confused how you are thinning your paint and ink. I eventually switched to some paint that came with the airbrush and it went better, but I don't want to be constricted by only using airbrush paints.

      Hi Brett! I've not made an airbrush video yet as I honestly don't feel like much of an expert myself, but I'll certainly think about it now that you've mentioned it.. 😀

      @@Sorastro Thanks, just bought myself a bottle of AK varnish, been using Vallejo's Matt Varnish but for some reason the last 2 bottles I've had of that has made the model look wet when it dries. I also have the worst luck when it comes to spray on varnish frosting, so I'm excited to try out the AK varnish! Keep up the good work with these awesome videos!

    Hello Mr. Sorastro, great video as always! I noticed right away that this vehicle looked familiar. In the movie Spaceballs, the Winnebago that Lone Star and Barf flew around in, was called Eagle 5. I think the eagle part is making fun of the millennium falcon's name, but the number 5 should be a reference to this videos vehicle. Don't really know, just guessing. I wanted to ask you a question -> Do you ever think you will paint Warhammer miniatures? Never played Warhammer but there miniatures are amazing. Going to be DMing some tech stuff in D&D 5e. So I bought a couple of Warhammer miniatures. Missionary with chainsword and Preacher with chainsword. I commissioned them out to be painted. This is when I thought of your channel. I have no worries, just curious.
    Thanks Mr. Sorastro, you have a wonderful day!

    • @Sorastro
      @Sorastro  3 роки тому

      Thanks a lot Matt! I used to paint quite a lot of Warhammer (and 40K) - it's what I grew up painting as a kid actually. I've just not had much interest in the game(s) in recent years, even though some of the minis do look pretty awesome. I also think that there's already enough painters covering the GW stuff (which makes sense given its popularity), but I personally like to stick to the games I feel most passionate about. :)

    • @Sorastro

      Hi Andrew! That's tricky to say because it depends on how thick the paint is. I usually add thinner to achieve the consistency I want, then just a few drops of flow improver to help prevent clogging.. :)
