@blakestonebustosrb I spent about 500$ to do my whole house. I had to get 2 - 100foot sections. I love them. So easy to install and so many effects. I also got there t.v black lighting. It is just incredible t.v will never be the same. It works so good. Even when sun light is coming in
Good vid man. I had Jellyfish installed in February of this year so I’m really enjoying them now that it’s the holidays. Also they match the color of your houses trim with the tracks so they are hard to see in the day time.
Got mine installed over summer with big “Christmas in July” discount. My family absolutely loved them. I’m a tech bro who knows how to code and would buy this system 100 times over instead of creating my own. Only complaint is I can’t loop multiple patterns together to create a scene.
thanks for sharing! about the looping patterns. I'm hoping this is the primary update they're working on with the music and lights show program they are creating. it'll be interesting to see how it all plays out.
You'd need rgbw. You don't need a degree just a different app and controller that has music feature. Hear Jellyfish controllers are pretty pricey especially if you need more than one
How would you compare this to the new Govee Outdoor Permanent Lights Pro? The Govee lights seem to accomplish the same look at a way more cost effective price.
Great question. Here's my 2c. Software capabilities of the jellyfish are slightly better. The color casting between the two are completely different. I feel the govee is new school has its own look. The jellyfish has a more timeless look. Both hide well. Govee you see the wire but with a little more effort you can minimize it. The price for the govee is awesome and for the average Joe is a fantastic buy
@@pestandlawnginjaif the wires match your trim, you don't mind just 1 rgb led and and you like the circus look cast, then you're good to go. Not sure high-end homes want wires showing so track systems cost more for a finished look
Hi ! I just got the light cinoton permanent outdoor light ,but after I put them on around my house then when I turn the light on a part string light from the hub keep flashing, I can't turn to solid color ..so do you have any advice?
Could be a few things. Try uninstalling the lights from the app and reinstalling them to the app. Next i would check your power supply and if it came with a booster I would check to make sure those are properly installed
My local dealer color matched the tracks with the exact same Sherwin Williams paint. The installers touched up all screws and corner cuts as they put up the tracks. They totally disappear in the daytime.
I have my setup cost $4k. The only thing I am upset about is lack of HomeKit support(they do support Alexa/google now) and music sync. Yes you can do a DIY system but I agree the price is the track system you’re paying for. If you buy the Govee and you if the pads start to come off it’s just more headaches.
@ ok then mine should cost less as it’s more simplistic of a house. Thanks! (If I double posted this then i apologize.. my first is not being visible to me so idk if it posted or not)
I got jellyfish installed last year and we love them. It’s funny watching cars slow down and check them out. I do wish each holiday and throughout the year that Jellyfish would update their app with new patterns. It wouldn’t be difficult for them.
Wish my neighbors would shut em off after 10:00 so we can see the night sky. But when ya pay that much??? While your inside watching football?? Oh well.

It needs a motion sensing add on. So I can shut it off at 10 but if someone approaches it comes on.

Nice! Thanks for watching
We have Trimlights and its the best thing we have ever done! Its basically the same thing. We wanted Jellyfish but they didnt do our area.
Trimlights is a great company that stands behind there product
Jellyfish is 3 to 1 comparative of Trimlite. Jellyfish is the lights Trimlite use for business accounts.
Thanks for your review! I am considering permanent lighting so this really helped me out.
Glad it was helpful!
Great vid! Is there a light setting for warm white instead of bright white? Thx again.
For accent lighting it’s great, but I have not seen any permanent sets that give the quality look of Christmas dedicated leds on gutters and roof
