Bro my best advance to you is to do and start making videos. It’a a lot effort at times to film and edit videos but it’s worth in the end. It’s always fun to make videos for UA-cam with friends while also having something to look back on for memories. Documenting your senior season would defiantly be something worth watching🔥

@@bolkoor1870 you need to increase your strength. Make sure to do heavy lifts and progressive overload each week along with plyometrics
@@bolkoor1870 do lifts such as, Squats, Trap Bar deadlifts, Bulgarian Split Squats. Also do stuff like Jumping Lunges, box jumps, depth jumps etc
