I think the real worst feeling is when you have to watch others compete and hate something you love because you are unable to. I completely tore my acl doing hurtles, which I love but can no longer compete. It hurts my heart to see other people lay off or hate what I worked for and loved.

We only had four track meets this year because of the bad weather, it rained almost every track meet 😩

One time i had a meet against these really fast schools and i was first leg for the 4x2 and i had first place but before the race it started raining so second and fourth leg fled and it really upset me 🙏🙏
