@@itsjackcressman all u really gotta do is practice everyday I only played rec until 8th and I just played local aau and now going into 9th I can nearly dunk And I might make varsity just really worked hard and did all types of practices to get stronger faster and I just mastered moves to score and u gotta practice everyday
My parents won’t let me tryout for my local Under armour AAU team because it’s an hour away. Can someone let me now if that’s far. I tried telling them that there are people on the team live upwards of 10 hours away but they won’t budge
That’s not far at all. Have the coach/Director reach out to your parents. If they like you, there’ll be no problem in getting you out to tournaments and events. Those teams pay for all expenses because they are a circuit team.

@@tayedwards600 That’s not good advice, your supposed to workout 4-5 times a week for 2 hours each, and have 1-2 rest/regeneration and film study days. If you workout 5-7 times a week 2 times a day, your muscles are gonna get weaker. Also, no way your getting good work if your doing multiple workouts a day, if you aren’t sore after the first workout then it wasn’t good work
Did you guys have to pay for airfare or hotels? We’re there player Lounges and cold tubs? Did you guys have physical therapists? Sorry bro, I’m dying to know

Nah but it’s best to continue or start to grind extremely hard. Get at least 2-3 workouts in a day to get good enough.
