Great build video! When I built out my garage into commercial grow rooms I used 1 inch foam insulation board for the walls rather than drywall & paint.
Looking forward to your first run in the new room 😊👍

Only thing I need now is to make a tray. ✍🏽💪🏽💯 I appreciate your videos, they are so informative and so much help you to me an this setup is much better then having big tents in your garage😅 keep making more videos 🙏🏽

To anyone who goes with the BEHR ultra white premium like myself and @grassinclass , DONT TOUCH THE WALLS! The paint is so white any time you touch it there will be a print. Amazing paint to work with tho. Used it as primer for my floors (vinyl) while I wait to afford epoxy, hasn’t scraped yet which is surprising it’s been over a month. Lol

Love that table. I just un-sealed my room, 2800w 10 x 10, dehumidifying that bitch was way too expensive. I went from a 70ppd to a 135ppd and finally bought a 205ppd. But before I got the big Quest 205 set up in the room I got the last few bills. I started out running 2400w HPS air cooled hoods and exhaust in that space and bills were like 250, was almost 10 yrs ago, but sealed with LED was costing me 1400/mo. That was using the 135 pint @ 6.2A, the Quest needs it's own 20A circuit and my AC wasn't going to be able to keep up with that either. I put my intake and exhaust back and ran a 6" EC motor inline fan at less than 1A connected to a thermostat. I ended up swapping in an 8" for the last few weeks to get temps and RH% as low as I could and honestly, my enviro was better than it had been sealed. Room ran hot, plants LOVED it in veg. Didn't matter how many plants I ran, they would fill that room wall to wall to wall. The trouble came at week 5, when these beasts were drinking 25 gal and transpiring 25 gal and trying to dry it out made it too warm, if I did get it cooler, the humidity would be higher. Glad I got the Quest open box for half price with full warranty, buying them is the cheap part, cost way more to run them for a year. Bill dropped to less than 550 and flower was noticably better

Ok I have a few questions! One, have you ever worked in any commercial grow in your life? Two, why would you need to induct fresh air into the room if you are using CO2? I thought when running CO2 you can seal the room completely and there is NOO need for introducing fresh air, or am I wrong?

throw a light in a room and grow autos. you pay for dirt seeds maybe a couple bags of organic nutes. no light leak problems because autos so you dont need things like walls. just grow a tree in the middle of the basement all you need are plants lights and nutes everything else is optional.
    You can do it.
im in my basement right now 24 hour 1000 watt hps 10 autos (getting 3 more lights this month so i can spread them out once they bush up.) i got a photo vegging for after the autos are done and out of here, no heat problems because im not in a tent just in a wide open space.
half my basement is dirt so i taped black contractor bags over the doorway so no bugs can get in and i have fans running to keep the air moving in the whole basement.
seeds and lights were the most expensive thing then i just follow the dr earth schedule for dry amendments.
lights fan dirt pots and some misc nutrients a ph pen a bucket, shit was like 300 or 350 probably seeds were 100.

Thats not the intake fan at the top of the room is it?
I didnt hear anything about an exhaust fan?
Heat rises, normally the exhaust fan goes at the top, with a carbon filter..to suck the hot air out.
An the intake goes at the bottom on the opposite corner.
An you could set the exhaust fan to turn off just after the lights go off,but before the co2 comes on...that way you dont just suck the co2 out the room.
That bench looks cool,i thought it was on wheels at first ,good idea that. 👍

I'd appreciate it if you can provide some direction. I had a couple of successful grows in a 7'x7'x7' concrete room. It has one door and nothing else. I was having trouble with the sound and smell and my cheapo fan filter didn't really cut it and it was getting too humid. So, I added a 10" fan/filter combo, a dehumidifier and sealed the door side of the room as well as the door with rubber sheeting(it was really inexpensive). It made things much quieter and no smell. Plants were doing great until, I switched to flowering, on certain plants leaves turned brown and plant started to die. 4 plants died and only two lived. But after the buds were getting big these plants died too. Why and what can I do to prevent this? It did get much warmer in there and went from the previous average of 80 degrees to 88 sometimes 90. I kept humidity stable at about 60. Was it the heat that probably killed them or could it be lack of CO2? Thanks in advance.
